    Abstract: A method for charging an all-solid-state battery that includes a negative electrode containing lithium metal and a solid electrolyte layer includes: measuring an impedance value using an impedance measuring device that measures impedance of the all-solid-state battery in an interface between the negative electrode and the solid electrolyte layer; determining whether the measured impedance value is within an allowable impedance range; and allowing charging the all-solid-state battery when the measured impedance value is within the allowable impedance range. The allowable impedance range is determined by an allowable impedance map and a charging current density to charge the all-solid-state battery, and the allowable impedance map associates the charging current density with an allowable impedance value at which charging is allowed.

    Abstract: A method and device diagnoses a presence or an absence of an abnormality in an evaporated fuel treatment system. The first intake air amount is a detection value of an air flow meter in a state in which the purge control valve has been opened, and is theoretically the same value as the second intake air amount when a purge control valve is closed. The second intake air amount is a theoretical intake air amount indirectly calculated arithmetically, and is a value that reflects a change in the intake air amount accompanying operations of intake system devices. A presence or an absence of an abnormality in the evaporated fuel treatment system is determined based on the first intake air amount and the second intake air amount after a control duty of the purge control valve has reached 100%.

    Abstract: A control method for a hybrid vehicle is provided. The hybrid vehicle includes: a generator configured to charge a battery by using power of an engine; an electric motor configured to drive a driving wheel by electric power of the battery; and a particulate filter configured to collect particulate matter contained in exhaust gas from the engine. In the control method, the engine is driven to raise a temperature of the particulate filter when a first temperature rise condition is satisfied in which a first predetermined amount or more of the particulate matter is accumulated in the particulate filter and the temperature of the particulate filter is equal to or lower than a predetermined temperature. Drive of the engine is prohibited, when a predetermined first condition that a driver does not intend to drive the engine is satisfied.
