    摘要: An expandable stent comprising a tubular body made up of a plurality of separated tubular elements (1) arranged along a common longitudinal axis. Each tubular element (1) comprises a plurality of rhombic-shaped closed cell elements (2) joined by circumferentially extending linking members (3). The closed cell elements (2) are expandable to allow the tubular elements, and hence the stent itself, to expand. In the direction of the longitudinal axis of the stent, the extremities of each of the closed cell elements has an enlarged loop (30) with waisted portions (33) which allow the tubular elements to interlock to create a stable structure, at least when in the unexpanded condition.

    摘要: An artificial heart valve and weaving method thereof are disclosed. The valve stent includes a tubular stent (10), valve leaflets (33), sealing membranes (351, 354), x-ray opaque markers (311, 312) and flexible connecting loops (41). The middle segment (15) of the net stent (10) is tubular or drum-shaped, or provided with radial protrusion structures (153), or provided with outer annular structures (155), or provided with outer free tongues (156), or provided with radial protrusion structures (153) and outer free tongues (156). The stent can be made by up and down interweaving the same one elastic metal wire, and also can be made by up and down interweaving different elastic metal wires. Moreover, the structure, shape and function of the valve stent are optimized; in radical compression, the valve can be transported to the right place with the help of interventional device; after expansion, fitted with figure of the vascular wall in the radical and axial direction, the artificial heart valve stent will not produce paravalvular leak; even more after implanting, the valve has a normal effect on prevent the slippage of artificial valve, which is caused by the blood reflux through the closed valve.

The insolation channel (29A) receives only one wire-type link (53A) and define's a channel (41) which is devoid of a link at least between the proximal end (21) of the stent (13) and the retention opening (23A) and is placed in the central channel (14).

The inventive device also includes a wire-type link for releasably fixing the implant to the stent, which has a traction section introduced into the opening and extending inside the central passage. For the wire-type link, the device includes an internal insulation channel arranged in the central passage and axially fixed with respect to the stent. The insulation channel receives only one wire-type link and defines a channel which is devoid of a link at least between the proximal end of the stent and the retention opening and is placed in the central channel.

The stent may comprise an assembly of radially expandable, tubular elements (1) aligned along a common longitudinal axis and successively joined together in pairs by respective sets of linking members (4), e.g. forming a zigzag corrugation. The stent may be crimped onto a balloon.
