    摘要: Disclosed is a method of producing titanium and titanium alloy nanopowder from titanium-containing slag through a shortened process. The method includes: (1) subjecting titanium-containing slag to high-temperature oxidation and enrichment and then melting to precipitate titanium-enriched slag; (2) subjecting the titanium-enriched slag to pulverization and gravity flotation; (3) carrying out secondary enrichment; (4) preparing a molten salt reaction system; (5) synthesizing titanium and salt-containing titanium alloy nanopowder by reduction reaction; and (6) vacuum filtering, pickling, washing and vacuum drying the salt-containing titanium alloy nanopowder; and then separating titanium alloy nanopowder from the molten salt. Using the present method, the titanium-containing slag can be continuously treated to produce titanium and titanium alloy nanopowder. It requires a shortened process, a simple equipment and low energy consumption. The process is environmentally friendly and produces excellent products without solids, gas or liquids that are harmful to environment.

The operating member defines a first surface used for applying a force therein and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The activating member includes two tail fins and a positioning member respectively extending from the second surface. The tail fin defines an opening. The toggle switch is received in the opening. The connecting board is received in the opening and used for enhancing the strength of the two tail fins. The positioning member is connected to the two tail fins and spaced apart from the operating member. The positioning member and the operating member together secure the slide button to the electronic device.

    摘要: A vehicle speed monitor for monitoring the speed of a moving vehicle is provided to the vehicle at an entrance to a road. The vehicle speed monitor records instantaneous accelerations of the vehicle along three axes over time. The vehicle speed monitor may be implemented as a contact or contactless integrated circuit (IC) card. The vehicle speed monitor is returned at an exit from the road, and scalar instantaneous speeds of the vehicle are determined from the recorded instantaneous accelerations in the vehicle speed monitor. The scalar instantaneous speeds are compared to one or more speed limits between the entrance and the exit to determine any speed limit violation. The vehicle speed monitor may also function as an electronic toll card where a toll is determined from the entrance and the exit. At the exit, the driver of the vehicle is charged with a fine and a toll, if any.
