Abstract: An AC component ΔI addition unit of a diagnostic device superimposes an alternating current on an output current of a fuel cell. A Zn calculation unit calculates a cell impedance with respect to the alternating current with regard to any of a plurality of cells. A diagnosis unit diagnoses that any cell is subjected to hydrogen deficiency when an absolute value of the cell impedance exceeds (absolute value of a reference impedance+a predetermined value β). It is diagnosed that any cell is subjected to oxygen deficiency when the absolute value of the cell impedance is smaller than (absolute value of the reference impedance−a predetermined value α).

Abstract: A collective antenna device includes: a case having a gradually rising part in which spatial height increases continuously toward a rear part; a ground plate that is accommodated at a bottom part of the case; a first antenna element that is accommodated in the case and configured for a first frequency; and a second antenna element that is accommodated in the case and configured for a second frequency higher than the first frequency. The second element is accommodated in the case such that the second antenna element is located below or behind the gradually rising part and also located behind the first antenna element. A feed point of the second antenna element is located above the ground plate.

Abstract: Driving wheels and non-driving wheels are installed to a lower portion of a case body. The driving wheels are driven by drive devices, respectively. A control device controls a drive operation of the drive devices. An angle sensing device senses a tilt angle of the case body about a rotational axis of the driving wheels. In a case where the tilt angle of the case body, which is sensed with the angle sensing device, is equal to or larger than a predetermined tilt angle in a state where the driving wheels contact a ground while the non-driving wheels are lifted away from the ground, the control device controls the drive devices in such a manner that the case body is held in a self-standing state with the driving wheels while keeping the non-driving wheel away from the ground.

Abstract: A valve timing controller includes a driving rotor, a driven rotor, a planetary rotor, a planetary carrier, and an elastic component to produce a restoring force biasing the planetary rotor to an eccentric side such that the driving rotor is inclined to the driven rotor. The driving rotor has an inclination angle θ1 relative to the driven rotor in a first inclination state where the driving rotor is in contact with the driven rotor on both sides in the axial direction. The inclination angle θ1 is smaller than an inclination angle θ2 in a second inclination state where the driving rotor is in contact with the driven rotor on both sides in the radial direction, and is smaller than an inclination angle θ3 in a third inclination state where the driving rotor is in contact with the camshaft on both sides in the radial direction.

Abstract: In a power converter, a housing is grounded. A power converter circuit is installed in the housing and configured to perform power conversion of input power into output power. Abstract: A noise filter is assembled to an electric power conversion device and has a metal housing casing and two capacitors connected to an external terminal of the device through which an electric power conversion circuit is connected to an external device. The two capacitors, the housing casing and the external terminal make a current loop. A magnetic flux of an alternating magnetic field generated in a part of the electric power conversion circuit penetrates in a first area and a second area formed in the current loop. A first induced noise current is induced in the current loop when the magnetic flux of the generated magnetic field penetrates in the first area. A second induced noise current is induced in the current loop when the magnetic flux penetrates in the second area so that the first induced noise current flows in a reverse direction to the second induced noise current.

Abstract: In an aerial vehicle, a malfunction determiner determines whether there is a malfunction in one of thrusters of the aerial vehicle. A flight controller activates the thrusters, and controls the output of each of the thrusters. The flight controller deactivates, when it is determined that there is a malfunction in one of the thrusters as a malfunctioned thruster, the malfunctioned thruster. The flight controller deactivates a selected thruster in the thrusters; the selected thruster being paired to the malfunctioned thruster, and controls the active thrusters except for the deactivated thrusters in all the thrusters to make the flight attitude of the aerial vehicle stable. The flight controller controls the active thrusters to cause the aerial vehicle to land while maintaining the flight attitude of the aerial vehicle being stable.
