    摘要: The present invention provides an apparatus for plating pretreatment of a cylinder block that includes an electrode performing a plating pretreatment of the cylinder inner wall surface. A gap flow channel communicates with an in-electrode flow channel at a position closest to a seal jig, the gap flow channel being adapted to introduce a treatment liquid to the cylinder inner wall surface, the in-electrode flow channel being adapted to receive the treatment liquid having passed through a communicating hole. The present invention is provided a method for pretreating before plating a cylinder block including disposing an electrode to face the cylinder inner wall surface so as to form a gap flow channel, and introducing a treatment liquid to the gap flow channel thereby flowing through the treatment liquid toward a seal jig and then into an in-electrode flow channel through a communicating hole.

    摘要: An exposure management system includes dosimeters, wireless relay devices that wirelessly communicate with the dosimeters, and a monitoring device. The dosimeters are carried by workers for measuring exposure doses in a radiation management facility. The wireless relay devices transmit a monitor indication message that requests the dosimeters to provide respective responses that include information of measured exposure doses. The wireless relay devices receive the responses from the dosimeters by using allocated respective communication channels that are different from each other. Each dosimeter receives the monitoring indication message and generates a designated number of response times for providing a response to the monitor indication message, and determines a communication channel corresponding to each of the generated response times. The monitoring device is connected to the wireless relay devices for monitoring an exposure state of each of the workers through the wireless relay devices and dosimeters.

    摘要: A memory testing device having n test channels for simultaneously testing n memories. A pattern generator generates a sequence of test patterns each including a write enable signal, expected value data, write data and an address signal. In each test channel, the write enable signal WE is repeatedly applied via the AND gate to a terminal WE of the corresponding memory under test to write the data thereinto at an address designated by the address signal. Data read out therefrom is compared to the expected value data to produce a comparison result. The comparison result is used to control the AND gate so that when the comparison result indicates coincidence between the compared data, the write enable signal WE is inhibited.

    摘要: A method of removing a binder from a green body capable of accomplishing the binder removal at a substantially reduced temperature and in a significantly reduced period of time. The binder mainly consists of a polymer material of ultraviolet degradation properties such as, for example, a polymer material having a main chain containing a tertiary carbon atom. The green body is irradiated with ultraviolet rays at a temperature within the range of 150.degree. C. to 300.degree. C. under an atmospheric pressure to rapidly carry out the photo degradation of the polymer material by ultraviolet rays, so that the binder may be readily removed from the green body.

    摘要: A cylinder block plate processing apparatus in which one end side of an inner peripheral surface of a cylinder of a cylinder block is sealed to circulate a process liquid to perform pre-plating or plating processing of the cylinder inner peripheral surface. The apparatus includes: an apparatus body having a workpiece mount table on which the cylinder block is placed; a workpiece holding tool that is provided on the workpiece mount table so as to be vertically movable; an electrode support member including an electrode cylinder mounted to the apparatus body; a processing solution supply member that supplies a processing solution to the electrode support member; an electrode operated by the electrode cylinder; a sealing jig provided to one end of the electrode; a driving mechanism that drives the sealing jig; and a control circuit that controls operations of the processing solution supply member and the driving mechanism. The electrode and the sealing jig are inserted from the other end side of the cylinder inner peripheral surface into the cylinder, and the driving mechanism is inserted from an end side of the inner peripheral surface so as to be connectable to the sealing jig.
