摘要： A method and an apparatus for negotiating the used communication mode in a telecommunications system, wherein a connection is arranged between at least two system elements. The system elements exchange messages and check whether a first in-band signalling protocol is supported. The communication mode is selected according to the first signalling protocol if the system elements support the first signalling protocol. If the first signalling protocol is not supported, support for a tandem free operation (TFO) protocol is checked and communication between the system elements is continued according to TFO procedures if the system elements support TFO. If the first signalling protocol and TFO are not supported, the communication mode between the system elements may be selected according to a second in-band signalling protocol.

摘要： The present invention describes a method and an arrangement for purifying the intake air of a gas turbine of solid particles and liquid droplets. According to the invention air is taken into the system of intake air passages (1, 2, 4) of the gas turbine and the particles contained in the intake air are collected by means of at least one plate filter (3) to which a collection voltage has been connected. In order to enable and enhance collection, the air is taken into at least one charging chamber (2) arranged at a distance prior to the plate filters (3) in the flow direction of the air, where an electric field is formed between at least two electrodes (5, 7) by connecting a voltage between the electrodes which exceeds the collection voltage, whereby powerful charging of the particles and at least partial removal of the water contained in the air are effected.

摘要： Signal processing device and method include at least two codec units configured to operate in a plurality of modes of a coding/decoding/tandem free operation for data transmitted on a respective allocated channel. A control unit is configured to control the at least two codec units. The control unit includes a detection unit, a judging unit, and a commanding unit. The detection unit is configured to detect a request for activating a codec unit. The judging unit is configured to judge whether a resulting required signal processing power for all activated codec units exceeds a predetermined threshold level of an overall signal processing power. The commanding unit is configured to command, if the judging unit takes a positive judgment, at least one of the activated codec units to operate in such a mode that the resulting signal processing power for all activated codec units does not exceed the predetermined threshold level.
