    摘要: An active vibration damper for a reciprocating machine part, comprising an inertial mass that can be displaced in the direction of the reciprocating motion and a support plate that can be fastened to the machine part. The inertial mass and the support plate are connected to one another by a spring element. The natural frequency of the vibrating system constituted by the inertial mass and the spring element is at most as great as the frequency of the reciprocating motion. The inertial mass can be moved by plunger coil fastened to the support plate so as to be immobile with respect thereto, and the spring element can be deformed by the plunger coil. The inertial mass consists of a cup-shaped magnet that at least partly concentrically surrounds the plunger coil radially on the inside and outside. The cup-shaped magnet is guided by a guideway parallel to the axis of the plunger coil.

    摘要: A mount is provided with a pair of spaced apart support members. One of the support members includes a stop. A vibration isolation member is connected to both support members. The vibration isolation member has a rubber block for absorbing unwanted vibrations. A restraint member is connected to the rubber block to reduce the mass of the vibrating components so as to prevent reducing the resonant frequency of the device. The restraint member has a first portion and a second portion. The design is compact and does not permit the stop to extend above the restraint member in order to permit unrestrained travel of the first support member toward the second support member when the mount is in a compression mode. The second portion engages the stop to limit the stretch of the rubber block away from the support member and provides a heat shield for the rubber block and stop.

The mount assembly comprises a supported mount supported on a machine element, a supporting mount supported via a spring element on the supported mount, and an inertial mass, movable back and forth by means of a drive parallel to the direction of the vibrations introduced by the vibrating component. The inertial mass is joined to the supported mount by a spring such that the inertial mass and the spring are not contacted by a liquid.
