    Abstract: Provided is a buckle locking device for the tonneau cover of pick-up trucks (II), which mainly comprises a load-bearing cross bar, a slider, a handle, a buckle block, a slide fixing block, a T-bar and an extruded aluminum frame, characterized in that: when the load-bearing cross bar and the slider is pressed by the handle of the buckle locking mechanism for buckling, it can generate a downward pulling force, which can be transmitted by the load-bearing cross bar to force the whole tonneau cover frame to generate a downward pressure, so that it can cover the truck bed tightly. Moreover, through the design of the slider mechanism, the T-bar can offer better stability and better positioning. When the buckle locking mechanism is not used, it can also be hidden inside the groove of the slider.

    Abstract: A portable electronic device and a control method thereof are provided. The method is adapted to a portable electronic device including a rotatable element, a fixed element, a screen, a processor, a switch module with at least two protruding elements, and fixed points.     Abstract: Systems, methods and computer program products for facilitating the recovery of lost real-time media packets within a computer network real-time application implementing Forward Error Control (FEC), such that server performance is not affected from a CPU and memory perspective, are disclosed. In an embodiment, a conference server that is part of a communication network compliant with the Real Time Transport Protocol (RTP) is able to avoid regenerating FEC packets by not performing any FEC coding operation on the packets unless it is flagged to indicate regeneration via an FEC (e.g., Reed-Solomon) coding is necessary. Absent the flag, the conference server updates the received FEC packet as per the RTP and transmits the packet to its ultimate destination. Such disclosed systems, methods and computer program products are independent of the nature of the media being protected and flexible enough to support a wide variety of FEC techniques.

    Abstract: An on-vehicle three-dimensional video system is provided for a vehicle and a method is provided for monitoring a surrounding environment of a vehicle.
