摘要： A voltage regulator includes a pass transistor, an operational amplifier and a voltage divider circuit. The pass transistor receives a supply voltage to generate a regulated output voltage according to a control signal. The operational amplifier generates the control signal according to a feedback voltage. The voltage divider circuit generates the feedback voltage at a feedback node according to the regulated output voltage, and includes a string of resistors and a stabilization element. The string of resistors is coupled to the pass transistor and includes multiple resistors. The stabilization element is coupled to the resistors and receives the regulated output voltage.

摘要： A soccer-shaped cosmetic box includes an upper and a lower body having a plurality of connecting boards. The upper and lower body have a first and second connecting portions inside respectively, and the a receiving slot which can be used to store a brushing pen is formed between the connecting boards and the first and second connecting portions. The cosmetic box also has a plurality of lateral covering unit with a plurality of displaying areas and at least one receiving slot is formed inside the lateral covering unit to store powder, lipstick, eye shadow, cheek rouge, etc. The lateral covering unit is hinged with the connecting board and covering between the upper and lower body for form a ball-shaped unit. When a user wants to use the cosmetics stored in the receiving slot, the user can open the lateral covering unit or completely unfold the cosmetic box. It is not only convenient for the user to use without taking too much space, but also providing ornamental functions.

The method includes forming a first IC feature and a second IC feature in a semiconductor substrate, the first and second IC features being spaced from each other and separated by a scribe region; forming, in the semiconductor substrate, a doped routing feature at least partially within the scribe region and configured to connect the first and second IC features; forming a multilayer interconnect (MLI) structure and an interlayer dielectric (ILD) on the semiconductor substrate, wherein the MLI is configured to be absent within the scribe region; and etching the ILD and the semiconductor substrate within the scribe region to form a scribe-line trench.

摘要： An analog-to-digital converter is provided and comprises a most significant bit (MSB) conversion module, a successive approximation register analog-to-digital converter (SAR ADC) module, and an operation module. The MSB conversion module receives an analog signal to be converted, and converts the analog signal to an MSB with M bits, and obtains a redundancy signal. The SAR ADC module is coupled to the MSB conversion module. The SAR ADC receives the redundancy signal and processes the redundancy signal to be a least significant bit (LSB) with N bits. The operation module is coupled to the MSB conversion module and the SAR ADC module. The operation module receives the MSB with the M bits and the LSB with the N bits and generates a first digital signal with (M+N) bits. Each of M and N is positive, and (M+N) is a positive integer.

The rotary unit includes external teeth which matches with receiving teeth disposed at an interior of a handle, which can activate the electrical motion component and adjust the speed of the motor.
