    摘要: A method of assembling an induction rotor includes inserting a plurality of conductor bars into a stack of disks whereby distal ends of the conductor bars project from respective axial ends of the stack, placing first and second end rings onto the respective axial ends of the stack so that the ends of the conductor bars fit into slots in the respective end rings, and compressing the slots against the conductor bars by impacting at least one of the end rings. The method may include selectively adjusting an amount of end ring material being compressed by varying heights of respective areas of a top surface of the end ring and/or selectively adjusting an amount of end ring material being compressed by varying heights of respective areas of an impacting surface.

    摘要: One embodiment relates to a method for automated correction of duplex mismatches. A duplex mismatch is detected at a port of a network device, and characteristics of the duplex mismatch are determined. The configuration of the mismatched port is automatically modified based upon said characteristics. Another embodiment relates to an apparatus for automated correction of duplex mismatches. The apparatus includes a duplex mismatch detector and an automated duplex mismatch fixer. The duplex mismatch detector is configured to detect a duplex mismatch at a port of a network device and to determine characteristics of the duplex mismatch. The automated duplex mismatch fixer is configured to modify a configuration of the mismatched port based upon said characteristics. Other embodiments and features are also disclosed.

The lancing device can include a structure moveable with respect to the housing between a first position, where a first piercing aperture is defined, and a second position, where a second piercing aperture is defined, where the second piercing aperture is larger than the first piercing aperture.
