A sliding portion having highest temperature in operation is disposed on one side of the developing device being same as the one side of the heater in the longitudinal direction. The airflow generation device generates an airflow toward the one side of the developing device.

The thermoplastic resin composition contains 99 to 1% by weight of the component (a) and 1 to 99% by weight of the component (b) based on 100% by weight of the total amount of the component (a) and the component (b). The melt-kneading step is conducted by employing an extruder provided with an elongational flow zone which is a zone in which melt-kneading is performed while being allowed to undergo elongational flow, wherein the flow effect pressure drop is from 50 to 1,000 kg/cm2 and is determined by subtracting the pressure value (P0) of the molten resin in the elongational flow zone from the pressure value (P) of the molten resin before entering the elongational flow zone.

The first brake shoe includes first and second ends, where the first brake shoe is pivotably attached to the rotation member about an axis arranged in parallel to a rotation shaft of the spool, and the axis is arranged between the first end and a center of gravity of the first brake shoe. The brake drum is disposed inwards of the first brake shoe in a radial direction. The brake drum has different diameters and includes an outer peripheral surface being configured to contact with the first end.
