摘要： An organic light emitting diode (OLED) display includes a substrate, a pixel electrode on the substrate, an organic light emitting member on the pixel electrode, a common electrode on the organic light emitting member, a thin film encapsulation member covering the common electrode, a black matrix on the thin film encapsulation member, and an upper protection film on the black matrix. The black matrix has a color filter at a location corresponding to the organic light emitting member. A sum of a thickness of the color filter and a distance between the color filter and the organic light emitting member is smaller than a width of the organic light emitting member.

The organic light emitting display device may include: a first substrate; a display unit on the first substrate; a second substrate covering the display unit; a first sealant adhering the first substrate to the second substrate; and a second sealant around the first sealant, the second sealant sealing the first substrate and the second substrate. A filler may be included in the second sealant, and a particle size of the filler may be larger than a gap between the first substrate and the second substrate.

摘要： A plasma display panel that includes a first substrate and a second substrate facing each other, a plurality of address electrodes disposed on the first substrate, a plurality of display electrodes disposed on one side of the second substrate facing the first substrate in a direction crossing the address electrodes, and red, green, and blue phosphor layers disposed in a discharge space between the first and second substrates. The green phosphor layer includes a green phosphor and an inorganic pigment absorbing a wavelength of about 580 nm to about 640 nm. The plasma display panel includes a green phosphor layer having a reduced decay time and good color purity characteristics, as well as excellent luminance, discharge, and life-span characteristics.
