    摘要: The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a TAB tap. The method includes forming a circuit pattern region having input/output terminal pattern on a base film, and forming an exposing region at a convey region having a sprocket hole for exposing the base film. Accordingly, the present invention provides a TAB tape that improves reliability of a product by fundamentally preventing the generation of metal particles by forming exposing regions that expose a base film through selectively etching and removing a metal layer of a convey region formed at both side of a TAB tape and having a sprocket hole, and that prevents short-circuit by partially removing a base film at a predetermined region not having a circuit pattern formed thereon through etching.

The switched reluctance motor includes: a stator core having a plurality of inwardly protruded poles at predetermined intervals; coils wound around the protruded poles of the stator core; and a rotor core being rotatably housed inside the stator core with a predetermined gap, and having a plurality of outwardly protruded poles along the radial direction, and round units protruded from the front ends of each protruded pole of the rotor core starting to meet each protruded pole of the stator core, so that gaps between the protruded poles of the stator core and the protruded poles of the rotor core can be gradually reduced.

    摘要: An insulation transformer and a key input circuit having the same are disclosed. The insulation transformer includes: a core having a certain gap; and primary and secondary coils wound on the core. According to the insulation transformer, the operation deficiency of the insulation transformer can be reduced and thus the signal transmission efficiency can be improved. Also, the key input circuit including: an insulation transformer includes a core having a certain gap, and primary and secondary coils wound on the core; a microcomputer connected with the primary coil; and a key input unit connected with the secondary coil and including multiple resistors and switches. According to the key input circuit having the insulation transformer, the reliability of the operation of the key input circuit can be improved and user inconvenience that may be caused by an operation error can be prevented.

According to the method of the present invention, a mechanical oscillation frequency of a driving unit, which includes a brush body reciprocated within a range of prescribed angles, and a torsion bar for providing a prescribed elastic force to angular rotation of the brush body, is set equally to a driving frequency of a power supply unit, which drives the driving unit, or is set a prescribed percentage higher or lower than the driving frequency of the power supply unit, so that the driving unit can resonate. A large amount of movement is obtained using a small amount of power by means of the resonance.

The SR generator is configured such that an inductance of a phase winding wound around a stator is increased in a low-speed range and is reduced in a high-speed range. Accordingly, a variation rate of the inductance relative to a phase angle is increased in a low-speed range, resulting in an increased output energy in a low-speed range and an improved generation efficiency. The phase winding of the stator may be configured to have a single phase. Accordingly, since the generator is configured with the reduced number of switches, it can be manufactured inexpensively and simply.

The swing brush is mounted in a suction nozzle of the cleaner body while being in contact with the floor.
