    摘要: Disclosed is a thin film type solar cell with superior efficiency and a method for manufacturing the same.
    The thin film type solar cell includes a substrate, one or more front electrodes arranged on the substrate such that the front electrodes are spaced from one another through a first trench, a semiconductor layer arranged on the front electrode, wherein a part of the semiconductor layer is removed by a second trench adjacent to the first trench, and one or more rear electrodes arranged on the second trench and the semiconductor layer such that the rear electrodes are spaced from one another through a third trench adjacent to the second trench, wherein the semiconductor layer include one or more connection members which are adjacent to the second trench and are divided by the second trench.
    Based on such configuration, the thin film type solar cell and the method for manufacturing the same provide superior photoelectric transformation efficiency by connecting semiconductor layers arranged at both sides of the second trench through the connection member.

    摘要: There is provided a channel access method in which a channel access method in a wireless network in which a channel access opportunity is provided to high priority traffic for each super-frame. The channel access method includes: setting parameter values required for channel access; setting a channel access time to be equal to a size of a contention access period (CAP); and accessing a channel to be used by resetting the channel access time to be equal to the size of the CAP when traffic to be transmitted is traffic having a preset high priority in a case in which the channel is not in an idle state.

    摘要: A method and apparatus for performing queriable XML compression and queries related to a compressed XML document are disclosed. In the method, information, including at least the frequencies of the respective tags of XML data, the type information of data values and data value-related statistical information is collected. Thereafter, the type information of data values of elements is inferred according to tags using an automatic data type inference engine algorithm. Reverse arithmetic encoding is performed on the tags and paths of elements. The data values are encoded based on the inferred type information.
