摘要： A spine alignment and massage device with a rigid member have an elliptically shaped top plan view and a left and a right protrusion. The raised protrusions are mirror images of each other. The inside surface of each the protrusion is approximately eighty-four degrees in angle forming a V shaped space between the two protrusions. The outside surface of each protrusion slops down at approximately forty-five degrees. The distance between the top of the two protrusions are approximately one and three quarters of an inch. The height of each protrusion is approximately two inches. The top portion of each the protrusion is a hemisphere of approximately one half of one inch in diameter. The base portion of the rigid member is curved along the short axis and has a radius of approximately twelve inches. In an alternate embodiment, the device is made of semi-rigid material.

摘要： An assembly includes a plurality of repositionable devices. Each repositionable device includes a first major surface and a second major surface opposite the first major surface. A coating of adhesive material is applied on at least a portion of the second major surface of each repositionable device. The repositionable devices are releasably adhered to each other by adhesion of the coating of adhesive material on one repositionable device to portions of the first major surface of an underlying repositionable device. The repositionable devices are arranged in a shingled stack relation.

摘要： The invention is a display article having a flexible substrate which includes a writing surface capable of being used as a dry erase surface. A peripheral edge extends around the writing surface. A flexible framing strip is affixed to the writing surface at a position proximate to the peripheral edge. One embodiment of the display article can be made by forming a substrate having a writing surface. The substrate defines a periphery edge, a back surface, and a plurality of mushroom shaped hooks extending from the back surface substantially over the entire back surface. The writing surface is capable of being used as a dry erase surface. At least a portion of the periphery of the writing substrate is folded over to form a framing strip having a plurality of exposed mushroom shaped hooks. The framing strip is secured to the writing surface.
