Abstract:
A planter box for mounting to a structure includes a box body comprising side walls and a respective attachment means extending laterally relative to each side wall, each attachment means adapted for mounting the planter box to the structure. Also provided is a method of mounting a planter box to a structure, the planter box comprising a body having side walls, attachment means extending laterally relative to each side wall, a rear wall, and at least one support formation extending generally rearwardly relative to the rear wall. The method includes the steps of disposing the planter box adjacent the structure such that the at least one support formation supports the planter box on the structure and attaching the attachment means to the structure to mount the planter box to the structure.
Abstract:
An apparatus and method of dynamically tracking a soft tissue target with ultrasound images, without the use of fiducial markers. In one embodiment, the apparatus includes an ultrasound imager to generate a reference ultrasound and a first ultrasound image having a soft tissue target, and a processing device coupled to the ultrasound imager to receive the reference ultrasound image and the first ultrasound image, to register the first ultrasound image with the reference ultrasound image, and to determine a displacement of the soft tissue target based on registration of the first ultrasound image with the reference ultrasound image.
Abstract:
An apparatus and method for optimizing a workspace of a radiation treatment delivery system. An optimized treatment plan is generated for delivering a dose of radiation to a volume of interest (“VOI”) in a patient using fewer changes to a treatment plan parameter during delivery of the dose of radiation then available to a radiation treatment delivery system. The optimized treatment plan limits a number of adjustments to the treatment plan parameter during delivery of the dose of radiation. Prior to delivery, the optimized treatment plan is analyzed to determine whether a quality of the optimized treatment plan is acceptable.
Abstract:
Systems and methods for evenly heating a drum dryer of a print system. In one embodiment, the dryer is configured to rotate about an axis oriented in a lateral direction, to receive a radiant energy source disposed inside the drum that extends between each lateral end of the drum in the lateral direction, and to receive a reflective assembly inside the drum that includes an inner portion and an outer portion. The inner portion surrounds the radiant energy source and removably attaches the reflective assembly to a lateral end of the drum. The outer portion extends from the inner portion in a radial direction of the drum that is perpendicular to the lateral direction. The outer portion includes a reflective surface that reflects radiant energy from the lateral end to the central portion of the drum in contact with the web.
Abstract:
Systems and methods for automatically determining a beam parameter at each of a plurality of treatment nodes are disclosed. The beam parameter may include a beam shape, beam size and/or beam orientation. Systems and methods for automatically selecting multiple collimators in a radiation treatment system are also disclosed.

Abstract:
Users of electronic audio and video playback devices have become familiar with listening and viewing media from stored memory. Music may be listened to and any art may be viewed including television, motion pictures, still images and any other copyrightable works of audible or visual art, the types of which are vast. Traditional indexing criteria for such stored memory may include artist or author identification, track or work of art title, genre, era or origin, style of art, and other criteria pertaining to the work itself. According to the present invention, media elements stored in memory may now be characterized by entering criteria based on the qualitative attributes and emotive features ascertained upon playback or subsequent evaluation which are then associated with each stored audio, video, image or other file, for subsequent indexing, searching and recommendation operations.
