    摘要： Process for controlling the swelling of clays of bentonite type clays in the presence of salt-water in the preparation of drilling fluids, comprising the steps ofselecting at least one compound from the group of salifiable active compounds comprisingcyanamide, hexamethylenetetramine, guanidine and aminoguanidine,those having the formula:NH.sub.3-n [(CH.sub.2).sub.m --OH].sub.n (I) in which m is equal to 2, 3 or 4 and n to 1, 2 or 3 with the possibility, when m is equal to 3 or 4, of having a branched chain,those having the formula:NH.sub.2 [(CH.sub.2).sub.m --NH].sub.n (CH.sub.2).sub.m --NH.sub.2 (II) in which m is equal to 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 and n is a whole number from 0 to 10,derivatives of formula (I) and (II),preparing a concentrated mixture, also called premix, of bentonite and soft water,diluting the premix with salt water up to the concentration desired for the drilling fluid,introducing in the premix or in the soft water used for its preparation, or in the premix diluted with salt water, or in the salt water used for diluting the premix, an effective amount of the said a least one active compound without satisfying the same, orintroducing the at least one active compound after salification either in the salt water used for dilution of the premix or into the final diluted mixture or in the premix diluted with soft water.

    摘要： Granular herbicidal water-soluble composition based either on aminotriazole alone or on aminotriazole combined with at least one other herbicide selected from the group comprising alkaline, alkaline-earth metal and ammonium thiocyanates, glyphosate, MCPA sodium salt, sulfosate, glufosinate, paraquat and metribuzen. It is provided in the form of granules of cylindrical shape, with a composition and a diameter which are substantially identical from one granule of cylindrical shape to another for a given granular herbicidal composition, the diameter and the length of the said granules of cylindrical shape being respectively of the order of 0.4 to 2 mm, preferably of 0.8 to 1.4 mm, and of the order of 5 to 10 millimeters. The said granular herbicidal composition is obtainable by use of a process according to which aminotriazole, alone or as an intimate homogeneous mixture with at least one other herbicide of the above-identified group, is, if necessary, brought by milling to a suitable particle size, mixed with an amount of water sufficient to ensure its cohesion under a moderate pressure, optionally brought together with a surface-active agent and directed through the orifices of the grid of an extrusion device, the granules of cylindrical shape thus obtained being dried.
