    摘要: A Ni—Fe based super alloy having high strength and toughness at high temperatures even when used in high-temperature environments, and a process of producing the super alloy. A turbine disk using the super alloy, a process of producing the turbine disk, a turbine spacer using the super alloy, and a process of producing the turbine spacer, as well as a gas turbine are also provided. The Ni—Fe based super alloy contains not more than 0.03% by weight of C, 14-18% of Cr, 15-45% of Fe, 0.5-2.0% of Al, not more than 0.05% of N, 0.5 to 2.0% of Ti, 1.5-5.0% of Nb, and Ni as a main ingredient.

    摘要: A gas turbine comprises a compressor for compressing a gas supplied therein and discharging the compressed gas, a combustor in which the discharged gas from the compressor and a fuel are combusted, a turbine to be driven by a combustion gas from the combustor, and a water injection unit which injects water into the gas to be supplied to the compressor, thereby lowering the temperature of the gas to be introduced into the compressor to a temperature lower than the atmospheric temperature, and causing water droplets having been injected in the gas and within the compressor to be vaporized while flowing down therein, wherein the quantity of water spray injection is controlled while monitoring operational conditions of the gas turbine.

    摘要: A gas turbine which can detect ignition in a combustor regardless of startup conditions of the gas turbine, such as the hot startup or the cold startup. An ignition detecting method for the gas turbine comprises the steps of calculating a difference between the exhaust temperature detected at a particular time before outputting of an ignition command for a combustor and the exhaust temperature detected after the outputting of the ignition command, and determining that the combustor is ignited, when the calculated difference is not less than a predetermined value. As an alternative, the method includes a step of determining that the combustor is ignited, when a change amount or rate of the exhaust temperature exceeds a predetermined value in a predetermined period from the outputting time of the ignition command.

Turbulence promotor ribs are formed so that cooling fluid along a wall flows from a center of the wall to both end portions of the wall. A highly enhanced thermal conducting effect, namely high cooling heat transfer coefficient, can be obtained, and it is possible to cool members effectively with the small amount of cooling air.
