摘要: A method for preparing pimaric acid type resin acids includes: step (1) adding refined resin acid, turpentine, or rosin along with maleic anhydride at a mass ratio of 1:0.3-1.5 into a reaction bottle, dissolving the ingredients into a C1-C10 lower fatty acid solvent, the mass ratio of the C1-C10 low fatty acid to refined resin acid is 0.05-30:1, then carrying out additional reaction by heating directly or with assistance of a microwave, subsequently cooling, crystallizing, filtering, and washing; and step (2) combining the filtrates collected in step (1), stripping the solvent by vacuum distillation to obtain pimaric acid type resin acid coarse product, dissolving the resulting coarse product in NaOH aqueous solution to prepare aqueous solution of pimaric acid type resin acid salt, adjusting the pH to 6-14 with a mineral acid or an organic acid, and either directly purifying or acidifying followed by purifying to obtain the final product.

摘要: The invention proposes a method of separating hemicellulose through efficient pretreatment of fibrous biomass materials. Fibrous biomass materials are first pretreated by the slurry method: the fibrous biomass materials are milled through ball mills and sieved to obtain fibrous biomass material powder, and the powder is mixed with water at room temperature to obtain slurry premixed solution of the fibrous biomass material powder. Through regulation and control of the reaction temperature, the time and the water amount, efficient hydrothermal removal of hemicellulose from the fibrous biomass material powder is realized. After the mixed solution is filtered, the filtrate is subject to gradient sedimentation to separate hemicellulose with low dispersity, and the sediment is then dried before storage. After the filter residue is mixed with polar aprotic solvent and water, and heated and stirred in a pressurized reactor, high-purity cellulose is obtained through filtering and separation.

摘要: A method for preparing a biomass-based conductive hydrogel by 3D printing is provided. Firstly, a cellulose-based macromonomer, a rosin-based monomer, an acrylic acid monomer and an initiator are mixed in a certain proportion, stirred, and dissolved at 25-70° C. Then, diisocyanate in an amount of 5-10 wt % of a total mass of the monomers is added to the mixed solution and mixed uniformly to prepare a 3D printing photosensitive resin solution. An SLA light-curing 3D printer is used to print a hydrogel precursor 1 with a complex shape. Next, the hydrogel precursor 1 is heated to obtain a hydrogel precursor 2 with a dual-curing network. Finally, the obtained hydrogel precursor 2 is swelled in a 1-15 wt % alkaline solution at 5-60° C. for 0.1-10 hours to obtain the biomass-based conductive hydrogel.

摘要: This invention discloses a type of 1,8-bis(Schiff base)-p-menthane derivatives as well as their preparation method and applications. The reaction of 1,8-diamino-p-menthane with a substituted benzaldehyde was carried out in a polar organic solvent at 0° C.-75° C. for 1-48 h. After the completion of the reaction, part of the solvent was distilled off to perform recrystallization to get a 1,8-bis(Schiff base)-p-menthane derivative, whose pre-emergence herbicidal activity against ryegrass was determined by using the Petri dish seed germination method. The 1,8-bis(Schiff base)-p-menthane derivatives, obtained with this method in high yield and mild reaction conditions, have a good inhibitory effect on the growth of annual ryegrass, and low toxicity.
