Abstract:
A structure of support frame featuring fast warping up and closing is mountable to a back surface of an electronic device and includes a cover and at least one bendable mechanism. The cover is mounted to the back surface of the electronic device. The bendable mechanism is mounted to the back surface of the cover and includes at least one deformable plate that is curved and shows a circular arc form. The deformable plate is provided with a depression spot. As such, pressing down the depression spot causes the deformable plate that is of a circular arc form to undergo flattening deformation, making ends of the deformable plate fast warping up in an outward direction. With the warping portions of the deformable plate, a function of supporting or clamping can be realized to hold the electronic device on an object or be worn on a human body.

A photovoltaic device including a semiconductor substrate having a first surface and a second surface, the second surface being opposite to the first surface; a first passivation layer on the first surface; and a second passivation layer on the second surface, wherein each of the first passivation layer and the second passivation layer comprises an aluminum-based compound, is disclosed. A method of preparing a photovoltaic device, the method including: forming a semiconductor substrate to have a first surface and a second surface, the second surface being opposite to the first surface; forming an emitter region and a back surface field (BSF) region at the second surface; and forming a first passivation layer on the first surface and a second passivation layer on the second surface, wherein the first passivation layer and the second passivation layer are formed concurrently, is also disclosed.

Provided is a service quality of experience (QoE) predicting and managing system. The service QoE predicting and managing system may include a media quality measurement system (MQMS) to measure a QoE of media, and a quality of service (QoS)/QoE control system (QCS) to measure QoS parameter information, to predict the QoE based on the measured QoS information, to calculate a QoS parameter adjustment value by comparing and analyzing the QoE measured by the MQMS and the predicted QoE, and to transmit the calculated QoS parameter adjustment value to a service quality control system (SCS).

A capacity-variable air conditioner is capable of controlling capacity and consumed electricity in response to operation mode. The refrigerant compression quantity of a compressor is variably adjusted by control of open/close operation modes via selective combination of open/close valves of bypass pipes and bypass valve of the compressor in response to the operation mode. The capacity-variable air conditioner discharges some of the refrigerant infused into the compressor while the bypass valve of the compressor is opened under energy saving operation mode, such that refrigerant circulation quantity can be adjustably reduced under the energy saving operation mode where load of the compressor is less than that of a normal operation mode, thereby enabling a reduction in the capacity and consumed electricity.

The substrate treatment apparatus includes a rotatable spin head supporting a substrate, an injection head installed on the spin head to supply a fluid to a bottom surface of the substrate supported on the spin head, and a fluid supply unit supplying the fluid to the injection head. The injection head includes a body disposed below a center region of the substrate supported on the spin head to receive the fluid from the fluid supply unit and a injection member extending from the body to an edge region of the substrate supported on the spin head to inject the fluid supplied from the body to the bottom surface of the substrate, the injection member having first injection openings injecting the fluid to the edge region of the substrate and second injection openings injecting the fluid to a middle region disposed between the center region and the edge region, and a flow path through which the fluid is supplied to the first injection openings and then to the second injection openings.
