    Abstract: A steering device 1 accepts steering operations by a driver and comprises: an annular rim 20; a hub 23 located on the inner side of the rim 20; spokes 25L, 25R which extend radially from the hub 23 and which are connected to a rim inner circumference 21 of the rim 20; electrode devices 55L, 55R provided in the spokes 25L, 25R, respectively; and a steering control device 4 that detects a change in the electrostatic capacitance between the electrode devices 55L, 55R and a ground connection. The electrode device 55L comprises a first electrode 56L having flat parts 561L, 562L, 563L directed toward the rim 20 and the electrode device 55R comprises a first electrode 56R having flat parts 561R, 562R, 563R directed toward the rim inner circumference 21.

    Abstract: A system for dexterous robot manipulation includes a first robot configured to perform real simulations. The system also includes at least one computer configured to perform a set of virtual simulations including a robot model, develop a first policy for robot maneuvering based on the set of virtual simulations, and record a trajectory of the robot model during the set of virtual simulations. The at least one computer is also configured to perform a set of real simulations including the first robot, where the first robot mimics the recorded trajectory of the robot model, and develop a second policy for robot maneuvering based on the set of real simulations. The at least once computer is also configured to deploy the second policy to at least one of the first robot and a second robot to perform dexterous manipulation.

The propeller shaft is connected via a bevel gear unit to intersect the drive shaft. The worm wheel is disposed coaxially with the drive shaft and rotates to turn the propeller shaft around the drive shaft. The worm engages with the worm wheel and is connected to a steering motor.     Abstract: A vehicle behavior control method is suitable for a vehicle behavior control device. The vehicle behavior control device includes: a lateral acceleration sensor, detecting lateral acceleration occurring in a vehicle body; a wheel speed sensor, detecting a wheel speed of a wheel; a steering angle sensor, detecting a steering angle of the wheel; a steering angle lateral acceleration calculation unit, calculating steering angle lateral acceleration from the wheel speed and the steering angle; and a yaw moment control unit, applying yaw moment to the vehicle body. In the vehicle behavior control method, when the lateral acceleration and the steering angle lateral acceleration meet a predetermined condition, a yaw moment directed inward in a turning direction of the vehicle body is applied by the yaw moment control unit.
