    摘要： A rolling bearing device equipped with IC tags is proposed which includes a tapered roller bearing. In the tapered roller bearing, tapered rollers are rotatably retained by a retainer between an outer race and an inner race. The outer end metal surface portions of the inner race and the outer race have holes, in which IC tags capable of non-contact communication are attached through shock-absorbing bodies made of an elastic rubber material. Even when the surface of the outer race or inner race is a surface for receiving a preload, the strain, vibration or impact caused by external force and exerted on the surface is absorbed in the shock-absorbing body made of an elastic rubber material.

    摘要： The object is to produce a magnetic encoder having a large outer diameter at a low cost, provide a sensor case which is compact in size and can be easily mounted and dismounted with a sensor element received therein, and to provide a double row rolling bearing with a preload application device and a rotational speed sensor which comprises a small number of parts and thus can be assembled easily. A magnetic member 12 of the magnetic encoder 11 is made of a magnetic material bound by rubber. The magnetic member 12 is bonded to an annular presser member 8, which also serves as a metal core, by an adhesive 13, thus eliminating the need for a mold and other facilities for vulcanization bonding. This makes it possible to manufacture a magnetic encoder 11 with a large outer diameter at a low cost.

    摘要： To provide a wireless sensor system, in which an abnormal power supply in the power supply section can be ascertained, for avoiding a malfunction of the system and accomplishing a stable power supply with reduction of the consumption of a power being transmitted, the wireless sensor system includes wireless sensor units and a sensor signal receiving unit. The wireless sensor units include a sensor section for detecting a detection object, a sensor signal transmitting section for transmitting by wireless a sensor signal from the sensor section, and a power supply section having a power receiving section for receiving a driving power transmitted by wireless. In this system, a power supply monitoring section is provided for monitoring the voltage of the power supply section. The sensor signal receiving unit includes a monitor dependent power control section for regulating the power to be transmitted, depending on a monitored result of the power monitoring section.

    摘要： A bearing assembly with a sensor, includes an annular, synthetic resin sensor holder supported on an outer race using a circumferential groove of the outer race so as to be strongly fixed in position by a spring member having circumferential half-split elastic recovery portions. The spring member is a square sectional wire and includes a main portion fitted in an annular groove of the sensor holder, and opposite end portions that circumferentially protrude from the annular groove and are located inside an open recess of the sensor holder. The opposite end portions of the spring member overlap axially when fitted in the annular groove, and abut and are deflected when one of the end portions is shifted to remove the overlapping. Forces caused by elastic recovery of the deflected end portions increase the force of the main portion pushing the sensor holder in a radially outward direction.

The filter and the resin seal ring are integrated by insert molding. The filter and the seal ring are made of the same material. An annular lip portion, which is separate from the seal ring, is in contact with the outer race. An engaged portion provided on the radially inner side of the seal ring is engaged in a recess formed in the inner race such that, during thermal expansion of the seal ring, the engaged portion is engaged such that the seal ring is movable in the radial direction relative to the inner race.
