The enclosure box is placed above the pallet top deck around the enclosure base, and includes a top wall, first and second pairs of opposed side walls, an open bottom, and a first set of through-holes. The sheet is passed across the pallet hollow structure and fastened to the enclosure box to connect the pallet to the enclosure box, and includes a center panel, a pair of side flaps, and a second set of through-holes. The set of fasteners are passed through the first and second sets of through-holes to fasten the sheet to the enclosure box from outside the enclosure box.
