    摘要: A carton paper powder removing apparatus of the present invention is capable of sufficiently removing paper powder in a tubular carton and preventing the carton from being deformed even if a large volume of air or a powerful air is blown therein. The carton paper powder removing apparatus of a paper liquid container packaging and filling machine comprises a paper powder removing nozzle 2 having an air jetting port 4 at a tip part, a paper powder return prevention means 7 installed in a space between a nozzle outer wall and a carton inner wall, and a paper powder collecting means 5 installed near the upper opening part of the bottomed tubular carton and having an air suction port 6 disposed therein, wherein the paper powder removing nozzle 2 is reciprocatingly moved between the upper opening part of the bottomed tubular carton 1 and the inside of the carton, whereby paper powder in the carton can be removed.

    摘要: A pull-tab for a liquid container according to the present invention is designed in form of a sheet, and by providing a cutting line in form of a ring, leaving a connecting sector on the periphery, it comprises a handle sector, being the portion outside said cutting line, and a main sector, being the portion inside the cutting line. By providing another cutting line in convex arc in the direction away from the connecting sector on the main sector, a fastening sector is formed. In this pull-tab, the main sector covers the pouring mouth when the connecting sector is positioned near outer periphery of the pouring mouth of the liquid container. A sector between an end of the main sector opposite to the connecting sector and a fastening sector is bonded to the surface of the liquid container. When the handle sector is lifted up and the main sector is pulled up with edges of the bonded sector as a supporting axis, the fastening sector is turned, and its forward end is stopped on the surface of the liquid container.

    摘要: A crosslinked polyurethane polyurea spherically particulate polymer having an average particle diameter of 0.1 to 500 .mu.m, wherein the polymer molecule contains an isocyanurate ring in an amount of 10 to 30% by weight is disclosed. A process for producing the crosslinked polyurethane polyurea spherically particulate polymer is also disclosed. The process comprises the steps of: reacting an isocyanurate ring-containing polyisocyanate compound with a polyhydroxy compound to form an organic phase capable of forming a three-dimensional crosslinked structure due to the reaction, wherein the amount of isocyanate groups in the polyisocyanate compound is stoichiometrically larger than that of hydroxyl groups in the polyhydroxy compound; finely dispersing the organic phase into water; and adding a polyamine to the dispersion to make interfacial polymerization between the organic phase and the polyamine and a polyurethane-forming reaction within particles, wherein the amount of the polyamine is stoichiometrically equivalent to or smaller than the stoichiometrical excess of isocyanate groups. The particulate polymer is excellent in solvent resistance and has a completely spherical shape without wrinkle on the particle surface. The particulate polymer has a good toughness and mechanical properties. Further, the particulate polymer has no reactive isocyanate group in the polymer molecule.

A packaging-container manufacturing apparatus includes a bonding member, a first detection section which detects an edge of the packaging material, a second detection section which detects an edge of the strip tape (12), position determination processing means for determining the position of the strip tape (12) in relation to the packaging material, and position correction processing means for correcting the position of the strip tape (12) in relation to the packaging material. Since the position of the strip tape (12) in relation to the packaging material is determined on the basis of outputs of the first and second detection sections and the position of the strip tape (12) in relation to the packaging material is corrected on the basis of results of the determination on the position, the strip tape (12) is placed on the packaging material at a proper position.

The packaging and filling apparatus fills a tube of a web of a packaging material with a fluid product, forms lateral seal bands by sealing the tube in the direction in which the bands intersect the tube, cuts each seal band of a series of pillow-like preformed bodies with a cutting device such that the pillow-like preformed bodies are severed from each other, thus forming a packaging and filling container of the final form. The cutting device 32 comprises: a resistance measuring means for measuring the cutting resistance that a packaging material cutting blade 33 receives from the packaging material, and then outputting a measurement value obtained; and a blade monitoring means for monitoring the condition of the packaging material cutting blade based upon the measurement value.

The lid (11) comprises a lid body (12) formed of a plastic sheet and a pull-cap (14) formed of a plastic sheet. The sealing portion (20) has an easy-to-peel layer. A holding groove portion is formed in the lid body (12) at a location different from the location of the opening-for-drinking (16), and a pull-cap holding section for holding the pull-cap (14) peeled off is formed at the holding groove portion. Since the pull-cap (14) can be held by the pull-cap holing section after it is peeled off, the pull-cap (14) is not likely to be thrown away carelessly after the pull-cap (14) is peeled off the lid body (12) to open the beverage container.
