Abstract:
A testing system for testing a temperature characteristic of a first motor includes a second motor, a controller, a driver, a load, a temperature sensor, and a temperature recorder. The controller provides a drive command for the driver to drive the second motor. The second motor drives the first motor via a coupling. A current of the first motor is determined by adjusting the resistance of the load. The temperature sensor senses the temperatures of the first motor every a determined time and sends the temperatures to the temperature recorder. The temperature recorder records and transmits the temperatures to the controller for the temperature characteristic test of the first motor.
Abstract:
An exemplary apparatus and method for measuring kinetic parameters of a machining tool within a press molding machine includes two magnets and two electrical conductors attached to a machining tool. The two magnets are fixed for producing two magnetic fields that are at an angle to each other. The two electrical conductors are connected to a controller to form two closed loops respectively. Each electrical conductor is located in a corresponding magnetic field and is unparallel to the direction of the corresponding magnetic field. Upon the condition that the machining tool deviates from its axial path, voltages are induced across the two electrical conductors. The controller receives the induced voltages, and determines a velocity of the machining tool's deviation from the axial path.

An exemplary patch panel includes a printed circuit board having a plurality of input terminals and output terminals. An amount of the input terminals is equal to an amount of the output terminals. The input terminals are connected to the output terminals respectively. The printed circuit board further includes a plurality of standby terminals. Each of the input terminals is connected to the standby terminals via switches respectively. The standby terminals can be used to selectively replace a number of the input terminals or the output terminals, should they become inoperable, by operating the switches.

A motherboard includes a bus, an expansion socket pair. The bus includes a number of power lines, ground lines and non-power lines. The expansion socket pair includes a first expansion socket and a second expansion socket separated from the first expansion socket. The first expansion socket includes a number of power signals pins. The second expansion socket includes a number of non-power signal pins. The power signal pins are connected to the power lines of the bus to transmit power signals. The non-power signal pins are connected to the non-power lines of the bus to transmit non-power signals.
Abstract:
A mold protecting system for an injection molding machine includes a voltage source, a controller, a first mold, a second mold, a fixed platen, and a movable platen. The first mold is fixed to the movable platen. The second mold is fixed to the fixed platen. The controller from the voltage source to charge the first and second molds, and detects the capacitance between the first and second molds when the distance between the first and second molds equals a pre-set value. If the capacitance between the first and second molds is greater than a reference value, the controller controls the movable platen to stop moving.
