摘要: A low cost dynamic speaker (10) prevents damage of the diaphragm (16) when the speaker (10) is mounted on a printed circuit board (2). An insulating ring (22) is attached to the front surface of the diaphragm (16) at the periphery. The insulating ring (22) has a pair of terminal pins (24) supported thereon for continuity of the lead wire (18a) with the conductor (4) of the printed circuit board (2). The conducting portion (24b) of each of the terminal pins (24) is protruded forward beyond the annular flat surface (22a) of the insulating ring (22).

摘要: The invention provides a novel and improved method for the preparation of a cellular foamed body of a vinyl chloride-based resin having a very fine and uniform cellular structure with high productivity in a continuous process. According to the inventive method, a vinyl chloride-based resin is admixed with a nucleating agent and a foam conditioning resin which is a specified acrylic resin or a styrene-based resin into a resin composition and the resin composition is first heated under pressure to be converted into an at least partly gelled mass, into which a volatilizable foaming agent which is an organic solvent having a boiling point not exceeding 90.degree. C. is injected under pressure so as that the resin composition is uniformly impregnated with the foaming agent. The foaming agent-impregnated and completely gelled resin composition is then brought under a reduced pressure to be expanded into foams with simultaneous cooling. The above process is most conveniently practiced by use of an extruder machine in which the volatilizable foaming agent is continuously injected into the cylinder where the heated and gelled resin composition is running.

摘要: An improved method for the polymerization of vinyl chloride or a monomer mixture mainly composed of vinyl chloride in an aqueous polymerization medium is proposed in which a water-insoluble polymerization initiator, being solid at room temperature as dispersed in the aqueous medium and having a particle size distribution of 50 .mu.m or finer, is added to the polymerization mixture which is maintained at a temperature where the half-life period of the initiator is 120 minutes or longer or, alternatively, over a duration equal to or shorter than one-tenth of the half-life period of the initiator at the temperature of the polymerization mixture. By this method the polymerization can be homogeneously proceeded to produce vinyl chloride polymers having a uniform particle size distribution, excellent heat stability and much less fish-eyes when fabricated into sheets.

摘要: In the polymerization of at least one ethylenically unsaturated monomer other than vinyl chloride, deposition of polymer scale on the inner walls of a polymerization reactor and other surfaces coming into contact with the monomer is effectively prevented (regardless of the type of polymerization used, so long as it takes place in a heterogeneous phase) by coating the surfaces of the reactor with at least one compound selected from organic electron donor compounds and organic electron-acceptor compounds prior to polymerization; the compound or compounds having been or being brought into contact with an oxidizing agent, a reducing agent, an acid or a base, or having been or being irradiated with ultraviolet light.

摘要: By forming a flange portion (16a1) protruding inward in the radial direction at an upper end portion (16a) of a voice coil (16), a coiling sectional shape of the voice coil (16) is set to a L-shape. And, the upper end portion (16a) of this voice coil (16), is bonded and fixed to a central flat portion (12b) of a diaphragm (12). Hereby, by only increasing slightly the weight of the usual voice coil having an I-shaped coiling section, the large bonding area can be obtained between the voice coil (16) and the diaphragm (12), so that separation of the voice coil (16) can be prevented. Further, since other portions of the voice coil (16) than the upper end portion (16a) thereof have the usual coil thickness, it is not necessary to expand the width of a cylindrical magnetic gap G in a magnetic circuit unit (18), whereby it is prevented that electroacoustic conversion efficiency of a speaker (10) lowers.
