摘要: An electric power converter device includes a first power semiconductor module and a frame for a closed cooler. The first power semiconductor module includes a first base plate having a first main side, a second main side opposite the first main side and a lateral side surface extending along a circumferential edge of the first base plate and connecting the first and the second main side. The frame is attached to the second main side of the first base plate. 摘要: A power semiconductor module (34), comprising a substrate (12) which carries a plurality of power semiconductor devices (10), wherein the plurality of power semiconductor devices (10) comprises a first group of power semiconductor devices (10) and a second group of at least one power semiconductor device (10). The first group of power semiconductor devices (10) consists of at least two non-damaged power semiconductor devices (10b, 10c), and the second group of power semiconductor devices (10) consists of at least one damaged power semiconductor device (10a). The at least two non-damaged power semiconductor devices (10b, 10c) are electrically interconnected in a parallel configuration, and the second group of at least one power semiconductor device (10) is electrically separated from the members of the first group of power semiconductor devices (10).

摘要: Fault detection in a shunt capacitor bank connected to a power system is described. Voltage and current measurements are obtained at a terminal of the shunt capacitor bank. An electrical parameter is calculated based on the voltage and current measurements, where the electrical parameter is an impedance angle or an active power. A difference between a first and a second value of the electrical parameter is calculated, based on which a fault is detected.

摘要: The present invention relates to estimating source impedances across one or more transmission lines connecting at least two substations. Each substation is associated with an equivalent source having a respective source impedance. Voltage and current measurements and status signals are obtained. The voltage and current measurements provide terminal or bus voltages and line currents at each terminal, and the status signals are associated with switching events at the one or more transmission lines or at the substations. An event associated with a disturbance or current injection is detected from one or more of the obtained measurements and the obtained status signals. The source impedance of each equivalent source is estimated based on the event, using line parameters and the voltage and current measurements associated with the event.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a method and system for evaluating a grid condition of an AC power grid. A time series of voltage and current signals of the AC power grid is captured and a local frequency of the AC power grid is identified. The time series of the voltage and current signals is transformed at the identified local frequency of the AC power grid into transformed signals. Equivalent circuit parameters are estimated from the transformed signals based on a description of an equivalent circuit of the AC power grid. A value of a grid condition indicator is determined based on the calculated equivalent circuit parameters and the identified local frequency of the AC power grid and processed in a grid monitoring system for evaluating the grid condition of the AC power grid.
