摘要: A charge air cooler for internal-combustion engines, having at least two cooling circulations which are guided through heat exchanger blocks which are connected behind one another in the flow direction of the air and have different coolant temperatures. At least the heat transfer block provided as the first heat transfer block in the flow direction of the air is produced of a more erosion-resistant and temperature-stable material than the heat transfer block which fallow and is situated in la high-temperature coolant circuit in which the coolant temperature is selected to be as high as possible.

摘要: The device for exchanging heat according to the invention includes a flow-through device through which a fluid can flow and a fin-like shaped part around which air can flow and which is joined to the one or more flow-through devices wherein the joint allows exchange of heat to occur between the air and the fluid. According to the invention, the joint includes a plurality of recesses positioned along a longitudinal direction of the one or more fin-like shaped parts.

摘要: A soldered cooler block, especially for a charge air cooler/coolant cooler, is constructed in a packet-type manner. Cooling channels for a liquid coolant are arranged in the cooler block in a crossways manner in first layers, and gas channels for a gas which is to be cooled are arranged in a crossways manner in second layers. The cooling channels are respectively formed by two wall areas which are arranged at a distance and by intermediate strips and connection strips that include groove profiles.
