摘要： An indirect fire munition non-lethal cargo carrier mortar deploys non-lethal sub-munitions to an intended target. The cargo carrier mortar includes a deceleration system which allows for the discarded mortar to descend at a controlled non-free fall velocity thereby minimizing the risk of injury or collateral damage from the mortar. The cargo carrier mortar is adapted to be compatible with existing standard military equipment such as standard mortar caliber sizes.

摘要： An electroactive microelectromechanical device of the Artificial Hair Cell type includes a moving cilium structure having a substrate and a cantilever, partly or entirely in piezoelectric material, subject to bending or deformation following the action of a force and/or an applied voltage. The cantilever includes a multilayer inducing a stress-driven geometry in which a portion of the cantilever lies outside of a plane defined by the substrate. According to the invention, the cantilever is associated to a piezoresistive element, in particular of piezoresistive material configured to measure the bending or deformation of the cantilever.

摘要： The die essentially comprises a top chain and a bottom chain entrained between horizontal parallel axis gear wheels and having corresponding sliding portions contacting one another.The top chain defines at a central position, by inner and outer links thereof, substantially dihedral structures, forming open seats therealong can slide the two portions of a sugar drop forming die.The bottom chain, in turn, defines like dihedral structures the corner portions of which are adapted to cut a sugar bead, means being moreover provided for clamping the two portions of the die.
