    摘要: RoboNegotiator (RN) describes an unbiased match engine which preserves the identity of all the parties involved until an anonymity match, mutual interests or deal terms match their individual needs. RN automatically negotiates sellers offers against buyer's offers for a live match within an overlap of the seller's spread and the buyer's spread subject to predetermined seller's parameters and an ability of the buyer to initiate a negotiation against a forecast. Negotiations are forecast an n number of times via a machine learning of a prior deal history behavior of the seller and the buyer within the system for commerce and a crawled/scrapped market data in a geographical proximity. There is no risk of identity exposure if there is no mutual interest or deal and hence the disclosed RN will also preserve “confidentiality” of interest, deal terms and dreams.

    摘要: In a method, a brake torque signal provided by an electronic control unit of an anti-lock braking system is validated. The brake torque signal is enabled for use as a brake event input signal upon being successfully validated for diagnostic and control routines of the vehicle that use the brake torque signal as a brake event input signal. If the brake torque signal fails validation, it is disabled for such use. The brake torque signal is validated by first rationalizing a brake pedal position signal and a master cylinder pressure signal. Once the brake pedal position signal is successfully rationalized with the master cylinder pressure signal, the brake pedal position signal is rationalized with the brake torque signal. The brake torque signal is successfully validated when both rationalizations are successful. The validation fails if either rationalization fails.

    摘要: A node for routing of calls in a network has an interface coupled to the network and at least one processor operable to route a packet-based call to a telephony destination in accordance with a protocol that includes a set of attributes that describe packet-network routing characteristics of one or more Internet Protocol (IP)-IP gateway devices in the network. The attributes are used by the at least one processor to specify a call route through an IP-IP gateway device for the packet-based call. The set of attributes include a first attribute that identifies a total administratively provisioned bandwidth capacity available on a given call route to accommodate application traffic, and a second attribute that identifies a current bandwidth that is available on the given call route to accommodate the application traffic at a given point in time.     摘要: The invention relates to a process for making modified polybutylene terephthalate random copolymers from a polyethylene terephthalate component. In one embodiment, the invention relates to a two step process in which a 1,4-butane diol component reacts with a polyethylene terephthalate component under conditions that depolymerize the polyethylene terephthalate component into a molten mixture and the molten mixture is placed under subatmospheric conditions that produce the modified polybutylene terephthalate random copolymers. In another embodiment, the invention relates to a three step process in which a diol component selected from the group consisting of ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, and combinations thereof reacts with a polyethylene terephthalate component under conditions sufficient to depolymerize the polyethylene terephthalate component into a first molten mixture; and where the first molten mixture is combined with 1,4-butane diol under conditions that create a second molten mixture that is subsequently placed under subatmospheric conditions that produce the modified polybutylene terephthalate random copolymers. The invention also relates to compositions made from processes of the invention.

    摘要: The invention relates to a composition comprising a modified, random copolyetherester containing a modified, random polybutylene terephthalate copolymer block that is derived from a polyethylene terephthalate component selected from the group consisting of polyethylene terephthalate and polyethylene terephthalate copolymers and combinations thereof; and contains at least one residue derived from the polyethylene terephthalate component; and a polyalkylene oxide copolymer block that is derived from a polyethylene terephthalate component and polyalkylene oxide glycol, and contains polyalkylene oxide and at least one residue derived from the polyethylene terephthalate component. Advantageously, the composition has a modulus of elasticity that is at least 80%, as compared to the modulus of elasticity of a copolyetherester derived from (1) polybutylene terephthalate derived from a monomer component selected from the group consisting of terephthalic acid, isophthalic acid, alkyl esters of terephthalic acid, hydroalkyl esters of terephthalic acid, alkyl esters of isophthalic acid, 1, 4-butanediol, (2) polyalkylene oxide glycol, and (3) combinations thereof. The invention also relates to articles made from the composition, methods of making the composition. The invention also relates to copolyetherester containing: a modified, random polytrimethylene terephthalate copolymer blocks, articles made from the compositions, and methods for making such materials.
