Abstract:
A dual action corn cob cleaning separation system having a whole corn cob sieve with elongated and rounded finger extensions for reorienting corn cobs traveling widthwise to instead travel lengthwise.
Abstract:
An unloading conveyor apparatus and system for an agricultural harvester including a spout controllably directable for enabling distributing grain in a desired manner within a region of a receiving storage container, or a transporting truck, wagon, or other vehicle, and configurable as a closure for the conveyor for preventing entry of contaminants and the like. The spout can advantageously extend both the distance and range of variability of grain delivery location, and the free end of the spout can include a cover for improving grain delivery accuracy and wind resistance, and a break open feature to prevent damage. The spout can also be rotatable laterally about the end of the conveyor.

Abstract:
A sieve for a grain cleaning system of an agricultural combine, including a system providing enhanced adjustability of spacing, including capacities for quickly and easily varying a number of rows of sieve fingers, spacing between the rows, and angular orientation of the fingers, such that better sieve performance, and cleaning action above the sieve, can be achieved for a particular grain or seed size and other conditions, particularly very large sizes and very small sizes.
Abstract:
A deflector for a discharge outlet of a tailings conveyor of a harvesting machine for providing tailings dispersal over a sieve of a cleaning system or other location on the harvesting machine, without significantly interfering with crop material flow from a threshing system of the combine and while also preventing entry of crop material from the threshing system into the conveyor outlet.
Abstract:
An agricultural device for unloading of grain including an unloader conveyor includes a first enclosed housing having an inlet end including an opening for receiving grain. A second enclosed housing having an opposite outlet end includes a discharge opening through which the grain can be discharged. An unloader conveyor element extends through the housing between the ends and is operable for conveying the grain through the housing from the inlet end and discharging the grain through the discharge opening. The unloader conveyor element has a first unloader conveyor segment in operative association with a second unloader conveyor segment downstream of the first unloader conveyor segment. A directional transition region is positioned between the first unloader conveyor segment and the second unloader conveyor segment. At least a portion of the second housing near the directional transition region includes a region having reduced cross-sectional area.
