摘要: A method and an apparatus for separating a crop flow on at least one conveying and cleaning unit, particularly a top sieve, of a combine harvester, wherein the conveying and cleaning unit is excited to a longitudinal oscillation and a transverse oscillation. The transverse oscillation is controlled depending on at least one state, wherein least one state for controlling the transverse oscillation is the inclination of the combine harvester, wherein at least one further state for controlling the transverse oscillation is the grain purity, particularly the grain purity of a main crop flow. The transverse oscillation is pre-controlled depending on the inclination of the combine harvester and fine-tuned depending on the grain purity.

摘要: A combine harvester including at least one straw walker extending in a longitudinal direction of the harvester and supported by a front and rear shaft. The shafts are rotatable about respective rotation axes, and each shaft provided with one or more eccentric portions. The straw walker is rotatably mounted on an eccentric portion of the respective front and rear shafts, so that the simultaneous rotation of the shafts actuates a reciprocating motion of the straw walker. The combine further comprises a pivot frame and one or more actuators, configured to adjust the angular position of the frame by pivoting the frame about a pivot axis oriented transversally to said longitudinal direction. The front and rear shafts are configured to rotate with respect to the pivot frame, so that the straw walker's angular position is adjustable while the straw walker executes said reciprocating motion.

摘要: A combine harvester comprising threshing apparatus, a grain pan and a cleaning unit is provided. The grain pan is arranged to collect a grain/chaff stream from the threshing apparatus and is driven in an oscillating manner to convey the collected grain/chaff stream rearwardly to a rear edge from where the grain/chaff stream falls under gravity into the cleaning unit. The cleaning unit comprises a fan unit for generating a first cleaning airstream which is directed under the grain pan and through the grain/chaff stream falling from said rear edge. The combine harvester further comprises means to generate a second cleaning airstream vented above the grain pan.
