    摘要： A flexible golf club grip having a brightly colored underlist of elastomeric material of a certain durometer and an outer layer of less durometer. The outer layer may have voids to expose portions of the underlist or the underlist may have portions thereof extend into the voids during molding but remain recessed below the surface of the outer layer. In another version, a brightly colored cover layer is molded over the underlist and a spiral wrapped strip of softer elastomer is molded thereover with the edges of the strip spaced to expose the original strip of the cover layer.

    摘要： A flexible implement grip is formed with an underlist of one rubber compound wrapped with a skin of a second rubber compound with multi-colored rubber based paint or ink air dried thereon and the assembled grip vulcanized in a mold. In one version, the skin pattern is cut from a sheet of cured rubber and curable adhesive employed with the wrapping. In another version, the multi-colored ink or paint is air dried on an uncured sheet prior to cutting the skin pattern; and, no adhesive is employed with the wrapping and bonding to the underlist occurs during final vulcanizing.

    摘要： A heated element includes a thermally and electrically conductive polymer in a shaped or spaced arrangement. The spaced arrangement has at least one string of material with ends that are configured to be electrically connected to a power source. A first end is connected to a positive terminal of the power source while the other end is connected to a negative terminal of the power source. A hand grip includes the heating element disposed on an inner layer, and may include an outer layer. The spaced arrangement may be disposed between the inner and outer layer for indirect heating applications. Alternatively, portions of the spaced arrangement may protrude from either the inner layer or the outer layer for direct heating applications. The heated element may be used with a number of devices, including but not limited to, golf club grips, hand grips, heating pads, blankets, or other applications.

A void is provided between the first and second ends and is defined by an inner surface of the guide body. A plurality of cooling projections project from the outer surface of the first portion, and a flange for stabilizing the guide projects radially from the guide body and defines a boundary between the guide's first and second portions. The guide may be adapted as, for example, a valve guide for use in an internal combustion engine for guiding the reciprocating sliding movement of a valve stem.
