    Abstract: Scalable, configurable, universal, complete spectrum sensor data analyzing machines are provided that make selected determinations from a complete spectrum of cyber determinations regarding or utilizing sensor observations or sensor observation subjects. Analyzing machines utilize necessary resources and predetermined criteria in their making of selected cyber determinations.     Abstract: A universal operating system and associated processes and procedures, which, together, are configurable to provide at least one operating system resource. The at least one operating system resource may be utilized by at least one cyber system for providing at least one individual with safe, secure, private cyber interactions with accurately identified instances of the individual's cyber devices, with other parties, and with the cyber devices of other parties.     Abstract: A scalable universal full spectrum cyber determining machine for accurately and reliably determining and reporting any cyber determination from a full spectrum of possible cyber determinations.     Abstract: Complex computer graphics forms and motions can be constructed either by hand or with motion or geometry capture technologies, once they are created, they are difficult to modify, particularly at runtime. Predefined figures are selected using a search technique that reduces the amount of interpolation required to produce real-time animation.
