    Abstract: A backlight module includes stacked light guide plates, a light source module, and a deflecting film. Each light guide plate has a light-incident surface, a light exit surface, a bottom surface, and a light guide structure. The light exit surface and the bottom surface are placed on two opposite sides of the light guide plate and both connected to the light-incident surface, and the light guide structure is formed on the bottom surface. The light-incident surfaces are placed on a light entry side and arranged along a stacking direction. The light source module is disposed on the light entry side and includes light-emitting elements. The light-emitting elements are arranged in a single line along the light-incident surface of each light guide plate, and each light-emitting element has a light emitting surface facing the light-incident surfaces of the plurality of light guide plates.

    Abstract: A backlight module includes a reflective plate, a plurality of light-emitting elements and a plurality of light guide plates. The reflective plate has light source grooves and first position limiting parts, and each light source groove has a reflective surface, a light outlet and a bottom side. The reflective surface is located between the light outlet and the bottom side. The first position limiting parts are respectively connected to the reflective surfaces and are respectively close to the light outlets. The light-emitting elements are respectively disposed in the light source grooves and respectively surrounded by the reflective surfaces. The light guide plates are respectively disposed in the light source grooves and respectively located between the reflective surfaces and the light-emitting elements. The first position limiting parts are respectively adapted to block the light guide plates from being separated from the reflective plate from the light outlets.

    Abstract: A mask includes a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface, and has a total etching area and clearance areas. The mask has vias in the total etching area, and each via communicates the first surface with the second surface. The clearance areas are arranged in the total etching area, and the vias surround each clearance area. Each clearance area further has a through hole therein communicating the first surface with the second surface. Each clearance area is in a shape of a circle or a polygon. When each interior angle of the polygon is less than 120 degrees, the clearance area further comprises a first clearance region and a second clearance region surrounded by the first clearance region, and the mask has a plurality of etched grooves in the first clearance region. The disclosure further provides a manufacturing method of a mask.
