Abstract: A smart factory system for being set up between a smart factory and a backend-system provider is disclosed. The smart factory system includes: a factory installation, being installed in the smart factory; a plurality of sensors, being in connection with the factory installation; a smart machine box, being signally connected to each of the sensors; a computing and storing apparatus, being set up at premises of the backend-system provider; and a query-making apparatus. With the most cost-intensive functions like computing and storing set up and maintained by the backend-system provider, a smart factory can be easily started and run by locally setting up and maintaining sensors and smart machine boxes while remotely subscribing the functions maintained by the backend-system provider as services with payment. The system significantly reduces the costs for stating and running a smart factory, thereby encouraging transformation into or establishment of smart factories.

Abstract: A board-to-board fixture includes rivet sleeve having hollow tube with perforation inside, stop flange formed on the bottom side of hollow tube, operating space formed in the stop flange to communicate with perforation and expansion portion formed on the top side of hollow tube, and rivet rod having head, tapered impact portion formed on the bottom side of head, deformation portion downwardly protruded from the bottom side of impact portion for pressing against the top side of preset rivet gun socket at the operating space to generate deformation, increasing bump extending downward from the outer edge of the bottom side of deformation portion, breaking portion with a smaller round diameter formed on the center of the bottom side of deformation portion and shank downwardly extending from the bottom side of breaking portion to penetrate the perforation and the operating space through the expansion portion of rivet sleeve.

Abstract: In a method for manufacturing a high-brightness planar lamp, a reflecting plate is first provided, and several UV light sources are placed on the reflecting plate. Next, liquid macromolecular polymer is uniformly coated on the reflecting plate and the UV light sources, and fluorescent powder is then uniformly coated on the macromolecular polymer. Abstract: A flat light source with high and uniform intensity includes a reflective frame having several shapes, a ultraviolet insulated layer and a substrate covered on the reflective frame to form a placing space. The ultraviolet light sources are equipped in the placing space, and the ultraviolet light directly or indirectly excites the fluorescence powder layer to radiate the visible light. The visible light directly or reflectively passes through the ultraviolet insulated layer and the substrate to form a flat light source with high and uniform intensity. The present invention can be achieved without the seal and vacuum processes, so that the cost is reduced and the lamp burned situation is solved. The material or shape is selected accordingly, that will have the manufacture flexibility and convenience. Enlarging the coating area of the fluorescence powder layer and enhancing the reflective rate of the reflective frame improve the illumination efficiency.

Abstract: A high-brightness flat lamp structure comprises a reflecting plate, a plurality of UV light sources, a macromolecular polymer layer and a fluorescent powder layer. The UV light sources and the macromolecular polymer layer are sandwiched between the reflecting plate and the fluorescent powder layer. The functions of diffusing and guiding light of the macromolecular polymer layer are exploited to let UV lights emitted by the UV light sources and reflected by the reflecting plate excite the fluorescent powder layer to radiate high-brightness visible lights.
