The present invention provides a joined back panel structure of a display device, which includes a first mounting member and a second mounting member that are L-shaped and a third mounting member and a fourth mounting member that are linear, the first mounting member having two end respectively connected to two ends of the second mounting member to form an enclosed outer frame, the third mounting member being disposed inside the outer frame and having two ends respectively connected to the first mounting member and the second mounting member, the fourth mounting member being disposed inside the outer frame and having two ends respectively connected to the first mounting member and the second mounting member so as to form a hollow back panel. The outer frame of the present invention has an improved structural strength and low cast and is easy to manufacture. It is possible to join mounting members that are manufactured by the same mold, after being properly cut, in order to form back panels of various sizes so that the production mold of back panel can be shared to thereby reduce material cost and mold cost.

The present invention provides a backlight module, assembly method and assembly fixture for backlight module. The backlight module comprises an optical component set and a back plate. Optical component set is disposed in a stacked manner, the back plate comprises at least two independent back plate elements for clamping respectively at least a side wall of the optical component set. Each back plate element comprises a top wall, a bottom wall and a side wall connecting the top wall and the bottom wall. Each back plate element is assembled onto an optical component set from a side and clamping the optical component set with the top wall and the bottom wall of the back plate element. The assembly of the back plate can be performed on an assembly fixture to improve the assembly efficiency of backlight module.

The present invention provides a LCD device, and its backlight module and back plate assembly. The back plate assembly contains a back plate, a blocking rim, a side wall, and a buffering element. The back plate supports the optical member of the backlight module. The blocking rim fixes the optical member jointly with the back plate, and supports a liquid crystal panel. The side wall has a back edge connected with the back plate and a front edge connected with the blocking rim. The buffering element is configured at an edge of the blocking rim that is away from the side wall and attached to the optical member and a liquid crystal panel, respectively. The present invention prevents the optical member and liquid crystal panel from contacting with the blocking rim and thereby being scratched, so as to provide effective protection.

The present invention provides a display back frame and liquid crystal display device. Display back frame includes a plurality of splicing elements spliced together, with at least a part of splicing elements connected through rotation mechanism. Splicing element includes main part and stop wall. The stop wall includes bottom part, side wall and top part. Bottom part and outer edge of the main part is connected levelly. Top part is disposed in parallel with the bottom part with a spacing gap. Side wall is disposed between top part and bottom part. Surface of the main part facing the top part has a first bump. As such, through the above disposition, the present invention can reduce required space during storage and transport to improve transport and storage efficiency, and save the use of mold frame to simplify assembly and improve assembly efficiency to reduce cost.

The present invention provides a liquid crystal display device and a method for making the same. The liquid crystal display device includes a liquid crystal display panel and a front frame. A glue is arranged between a liquid crystal display panel and the front frame. The glue is further cured and hardened so as to till a gap formed between an edge of the panel and the front frame. By this measurement, automatic production and assembling line can be realized and the yield can be increased and the cost can be lowered.

The invention relates to the field of LCDs, and more particularly to a frame for an LCD device and an LCD device including the frame. The frame includes side frames. A pair of parallel side frames of the side frames are correspondingly provided with folding points, and the frame is folded and superposed along the folding points. The frame for an LCD device of the invention is of a rectangle structure in general, and includes four side frames; a pair of parallel side frames are correspondingly provided with folding points, and the frame is folded and superposed along the folding points; because the frame is folded and superposed along the folding points, the area of the frame is significantly reduced during packaging and transportation, thereby facilitating transportation, saving packaging material, and increasing packaging efficiency. When assembling the LCD device, the frame can be conveniently expanded.

The present invention provides a liquid crystal display (LCD) device and a back cover thereof. The LCD device comprises a liquid crystal panel, a back cover, a light guide plate and a light source. The back cover comprises a first sidewall, a second sidewall, a first supporting wall and a second supporting wall. The first sidewall and the second sidewall are spaced apart from each other to form a receiving space. The first supporting wall connects an end of the first sidewall and an end of the second sidewall. The second supporting wall extends away from the second sidewall and connects to the other end of the first sidewall. The liquid crystal panel is supported on a side of the first supporting wall that faces away from the first sidewall and the second sidewall. The light guide plate is supported on a side of the second supporting wall that faces towards the liquid crystal panel. The light source is disposed inside the receiving space. The first sidewall is formed with a through-hole for allowing light rays generated by the light source to pass therethrough into the light guide plate. With the aforesaid arrangement, the metal backplate and the plastic mid-frame used in the prior art LCD device can be replaced by the back cover to simplify the structure and lower the production cost of the LCD device.

The present invention discloses a splicing back plate of a liquid crystal display (LCD) module and a splice structure thereof. The splicing back plate of the LCD module according to the present invention is assembled at least by a first back plate portion and a second back plate portion, wherein at least one splice structure is defined between the first back plate portion and the second back plate portion, and the shapes of two sides of the splice structure are correspondingly engaged with each other. By the splice structure, the present invention can use different type of material to assemble into the splicing back plate of the LCD module, so as to minimize the thickness and maximize the strength except for decreasing the material cost.

The present invention discloses a locking piece, a backlight module, and an LCD device. A locking piece for fixing PCB on backplane, the fixed top of the locking piece and the PCB is provided with a clamping structure; and the root of the locking piece is provided with a fixed structure for fixing the locking piece on the backplane. Because the present invention uses independent locking pieces, the locking pieces can be selectively fixed and arranged in the positions for fixing the PCB on the backplane. Thus, the standardization and generalization design is achieved, and the cost is reduced; in addition, because a clamping structure is used between the locking piece and the PCB, compared with the modes of screw fixation, riveting fixation and the like, the clamping mode has high installation efficiency and is beneficial to productivity enhancement and further cost reduction.

The present invention discloses a back plate of a liquid crystal display (LCD) module and a splice structure thereof. The back plate is assembled at least by a first back plate portion and a second back plate portion, wherein at least one splice structure is defined between the first back plate portion and the second back plate portion, and the shapes of two sides of the splice structure are correspondingly engaged with each other. Besides, the convex portion is provided with a fixing hole thereon, and the concave step portion is correspondingly provided with a fixing pillar therein. The fixing pillar passes through the fixing hole to fix the first back plate portion and the second back plate portion. The present invention can use different type of material to assemble into the back plate, so as to intensify the splicing strength except for decreasing the material cost.
