    Abstract: At a contact center that operates to provide customer service to callers by receiving calls from the callers and directing the callers to desired endpoints that deliver information to the callers based upon an expressed intent of each caller associated with each call, a current call by the contact center is processed utilizing an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) model or a Conversational Menu (CM) model. The IVR model processes the current call by directing the current caller to a selected endpoint via navigation through a specific navigational path of nodes in a hierarchical IVR tree of nodes. The CM model processes the call by analyzing a verbal utterance of the current caller at an initiation of the current call and directing the caller to the selected endpoint so as to bypass nodes within the specific navigational path of nodes of the hierarchical IVR tree of nodes.

    Abstract: A method, computer system, and computer program product are provided for securely controlling playback of a recorded collaboration session. A plurality of video feeds is received from a plurality of client devices of users participating in a video meeting, wherein each video feed is encoded by each client device in an encoded format that distorts the video feed, wherein a unique key is used by each client device to encode the video feed. The plurality of video feeds are stored in the encoded format. A request is received to view a stored video feed, wherein the request includes the unique key used to encode the stored video feed. In response to determining that the requesting entity is authorized by a user of the stored video feed to view the stored video feed, the stored video feed is decoded and provided to the requesting entity.

    Abstract: Techniques for programming an omnidirectional programmable client interface module (OPCIM) to receive a control signal and for configuring a set of outputs of a first output and a second output. Programming the OPCIM for routing the control signal from one input of the OPCIM to the first output and the second output of the OPCIM to output a first output signal and a second output signal to a first Line Card and a second Line Card coupled to each output, respectively. In response to a failure of at least either one of the Line Cards, automatically enabling reprogramming the OPCIM for routing the control signal to either Line Card that is still operational to prevent a service interruption in sending the control signal from one input to an output of either the first output or the second output to the Line Cards coupled to outputs of the OPCIM.

    Abstract: This disclosure describes techniques for providing notifications about events that occur during an online meeting. For instance, a system may establish an online meeting, such as a video conferencing meeting, for users. While in the meeting, a first user may view video of a second user and determine that the second user is experiencing an emergency event. As such, a user device of the first user may receive an input indicating that the emergency event is occurring with the second user. The system may receive the indication from the user device and verify that the emergency event is occurring. Additionally, the system may then send a notification to emergency personnel that indicates at least that the emergency event is occurring and a location of the second user. Furthermore, the system may send notification(s) to contact(s) associated with the second user that indicate at least that the emergency event is occurring.
