Abstract:
Disclosed is a colored luminescent composite pigment including an association of at least one luminescent pigment having an average particle size of between 50 and 2000 μm and at least one coloring agent. Also disclosed are compositions and materials including the pigment, to the method for the production thereof and to the use of same for coloring materials, particularly of a hydraulic binder composition.
Abstract:
A copolymer includes a main hydrocarbon chain and side groups including carboxylic groups and polyoxyalkylate groups. The copolymer further includes gem-bisphosphonate groups. The copolymer can be included in an admixture for suspensions of mineral particles and in a composition of mineral particles. The copolymer can also be used for fluidifying and maintaining fluid, suspensions of mineral particles and for reducing the sensitivity of hydraulic compositions to clays and alkaline sulfates.
Abstract:
A method for retarding hydration of a surface of a hydraulic composition includes shaping the hydraulic composition, applying an emulsion onto the surface of the hydraulic composition, and removing a film and a surface layer formed by a non-hardened hydraulic composition from the surface of the hardened hydraulic composition after hardening the hydraulic composition. The emulsion has an oily phase and an aqueous phase, in which the oily phase is dispersed in the aqueous phase. The emulsion includes a non-quaternary amine surfactant and an acid having a set-retarding effect.
Abstract:
Alpha/alpha-prime/alkoxylated glycerol linear carbonic esters have formula (VI): where p is an integer higher than 1, x is an integer equaling 0 or 1 with x not always being zero, and M1 is hydrogen (H).
