    摘要: Disclosed are cosmetic compositions containing from about 10% to about 60% of a latex, and from about 10% to about 60% of a filler; wherein the ratio of latex to filler is from about 3.5:1 about 1:1.5, and the composition is free of wax. Also disclosed are methods for making the cosmetic compositions, wherein the entire process is carried out a temperature of about 30° C. or less. Further disclosed are methods of making up or enhancing the appearance of a keratinous substance comprising applying the cosmetic composition to the keratinous substance.
