摘要: A welding unit for welding two rails of a track is equipped with clamping jaws intended for lying against a rail web. The clamping jaws each have a sliding surface, which is at a distance from a contact surface in the transverse direction of the rail and is arcuately curved with respect to a cross section extending such that it is normal to a neutral axis of the rails. The jaw mount, intended for fixing the clamping jaw, has a sliding surface, which is curved in a way corresponding to the sliding surface of the clamping jaw, and so the clamping jaw is movable along the sliding surfaces in relation to the jaw mount.

摘要: For the controlled lowering of a track, a longitudinal inclination of the track is determined at a rear tracing point of a measuring system and stored. For a length reaching back at least 10 meters, a current vertical profile is formed, and a rear compensation straight line is calculated which is superimposed upon the vertical profile and renders a target track position. The rear tracing point is guided by calculation along the rear compensation straight line, so that a compensation value for the position of the measuring chord ensues at a middle tracing point positioned between the rear tracing point and a front tracing point.

摘要: In a method for tamping ballast supporting sequentially arranged ties of a track extending in a longitudinal direction, which comprises a tamping cycle at each one of the ties, the tamping cycle comprises lowering a tamping head carrying tamping tools hydraulicallly reciprocable in the longitudinal direction to immerse the tamping tools in the ballast, reciprocating the tamping tools to tamp the ballast, vibrating the tamping tools in a first tamping cycle phase, discontinuing vibration of the tamping tools in a second tamping cycle phase, raising the tamping head to lift the tamping tools out of the ballast, and moving the tamping head from tie to tie.

摘要: A mobile machine for rehabilitating a track has a machine frame extending in a longitudinal direction and supported by undercarriages for mobility on the track in an operating direction, the machine frame being composed of a leading frame part with respect to the operating direction and a trailing frame part connected to the leading frame part by an articulation, with at least one working unit being mounted on the machine frame for adjustment relative thereto. A reference system for controlling the position of the working unit is arranged on the leading frame part and consists of a reference line extending in the longitudinal direction between two of said undercarriages, a measuring axle designed to roll on the track, and a measuring device connected to the measuring axle for detecting a movement, transversely to the longitudinal direction, of the measuring axle relative to the reference line. An angle-measuring device is provided for detecting an actual frame angle enclosed by the leading and the trailing frame part.

摘要: A machine for welding rails of a track extending in a longitudinal direction includes a rail pulling device for gripping the rails to be welded to one another. The rail pulling device is connected to a machine frame of the welding machine by way of guides and coupling devices. The rail pulling device is designed for displacement in the longitudinal direction or transversely to the longitudinal direction by means of longitudinal displacement drives and transverse displacement drives, and is also vertically adjustable by means of drives. By means of tilting drives, the rail pulling device can additionally be pivoted about an axis extending in the longitudinal direction.
