摘要： A Venetian blind for day/night use includes a fixed upper beam attached at the top of a door/window, a movable beam disposed beneath the fixed upper beam, and a lower beam disposed at the bottommost thereof wherein a light-penetrable folding blind (slats) with cord passing holes disposed thereon is attached between the fixed upper beam and the movable beam thereof, and a sheltering folding blind (slats) with cord passing slots distributed thereon is located between the movable beam and the lower beam thereof. The fixed upper beam has three equally spaced cord passages arranged at the bottom side thereon in alignment with three through holes disposed at the upper surface of the movable beam thereon. A sheltering-blind pull cord unit and a light-penetrable-blind pull cord unit are respectively led through engaging holes with locating members mounted therein at both lateral sides of the fixed upper beam thereof and extend downwards till fixedly tied up to the movable beam and the lower beam respectively. Thus, the Venetian blind thereof is variably operated to display either the light-penetrable or sheltering blinds or both of them for day/night use to meet the need of a user according to different situations, and economically designed with both light-penetrable and sheltering blinds combined into one unit and sharing the same fixed upper beam, movable beam, and the lower beam, etc., to achieve the economical efficiency thereof.

摘要： A locating device of a fan-like blind embodiment includes a door/window with a frame, a fan-like patterned blind embodiment attached at the top of the frame thereon, and a locating device adapted into a room exposed under the base of the patterned blind embodiment thereof wherein the locating device is made up of a retaining mount and a pair of supporting boards. The retaining mount thereof has an arc top surface to sustain the base of the blind embodiment in abutting location, a through hole to securely fix the retaining mount onto the top of the door/window frame thereby, and a coupling groove for protruded parts of the support boards to be inserted thereto for location thereby. Via the locating device, the patterned blind embodiment is securely supported by the arc top surface of the retaining mount at the base thereof and limited by the support boards at both front and rear sides thereof so that, in the repeated closing/opening of the door/window, the patterned blind embodiment can be stably located at the frame of the door/window thereon without tilting or falling there-from, effecting the best using condition thereof.

摘要： A retaining bracket structure for a cordless continuous folding blind includes a continuous folding blind attached to the underside of an upper beam, and a pair of flexible retaining brackets wherein the flexible retaining bracket, of plastic materials, is made up of a pressing plate protruding at the middle section thereof, a pair of C-shaped clamping arms symmetrically extending at both sides of the pressing plate thereof, and a pointed hook bending inwards at each end of the C-shaped clamping arms thereof. In operation, the pressing plate of the flexible retaining bracket is applied from the front to abut against the upper side of the continuous folding blind collected from bottom to top at a desirable position, and the C-shaped clamping arms are bent downwards to extend backwards at the underside thereof till the pointed hooks thereof clamping in reverse at the top of the collected continuous folding blind from the rear thereof. Thus, the collected continuous folding blind is clipped tight at the pressing plate and the C-shaped clamping arms there-between and confined at the C-shaped clamping arms and the pointed hooks therein. Even under the swing of strong wind, the retaining brackets thereof can securely collect and locate the continuous folding blind at a desirable position without easily getting loose or detached there-from in use.

摘要： A pull cord operation mechanism for blinds includes a fixing mount having a pair of slide grooves and a pivoting groove concaved at the upper edge of left/right sidewalls and a central reinforcing plate thereon respectively for retaining left/right roller ends and a linking shaft of a control member thereby, and a base board with a rectangular through hole precisely defined by the adjacent reinforcing support plate and one sidewall thereof. The fixing mount also has a pair of C-shaped engaging slots with lower openings disposed at the reinforcing support plate and one sidewall thereof to be registered with a pivoting rod of a retaining member thereby. The control member has a pair of cord passages symmetrically disposed at one side of the left/right roller ends thereon, and a pair of limiting stop rings of larger diameters protruding at one corresponding side of the two cord passages thereof. At the other side of the right roller end thereof is disposed an annular and toothed adjusting area made up of a plurality of abutting facets and curved sliding facets, and a pull cord hole for a pull cord to be led there-through and fixed thereto. Both sides of the pivoting rod of the retaining member are respectively disposed a linking section with a retaining hook extending at the upper end thereof, and an actuation section tilting downwards in a proper angle with rectangular cord-passage holes disposed thereon. Thus, via the operation mechanism above, the pull cord is directly suspended downwards in a single line without being wound and doubled up so as to avoid the danger of strangling children by accident for the safety of the household.

摘要： A Roman-type blind drapery structure includes a Roman-type drapery made up of a blind body wherein the blind body has an upper tubular section transversely disposed at the top edge thereon for an upper beam made of a major/minor telescopic rod to be led there-through, and both ends of the pull cord are led vertically downwards from the bottom edge of the upper tubular section to pass sequentially through a plurality of cord-passage hoops that are equidistantly seamed from top to bottom in axial position relative to the pull cord at the rear side of the blind body thereon. A lower tubular section is disposed at the lower section of the blind body for a rod-like counterweight to be located therein, and both ends of the pull cord are correspondingly drawn inwards and gathered up by a retaining piece to form a pulling section suspending downwards at the ends thereof. Thus, the upper beam thereof is simply led through the upper tubular section of the blind body to complete the assembly of the Roman-type drapery thereof, and the blind body mounted onto the upper beam thereof is easily detached there-from for the replacement of another blind body of different design without the upper beam being changed therewith, facilitating the various decorative effect as well as easy assembly and replacement of the Roman-type drapery thereof to boost the economical efficiency and competitive power thereof.

In operation, the slats of the Venetian blind thereof is simply collected or unfolded via the retaining body that, directly abutted against the lower beam, is easily slid upwards or downwards along the guide cord thereof with the lower beam synchronically moved up or down therewith, achieving an easier and effortless operation thereof so as to avoid the uncomfortable feeling of abrasion to hands caused by a conventional Venetian blind, and efficiently protecting the hands of a user as well as facilitating a smoother and easer operation thereof.
