摘要： Topically applicable dermatological/cosmetic compositions suited for ungual/peri-ungual administration for the treatment of a variety of pathologies, including fungal pathologies, such as onychomycosis, contain (a) at least one biologically active agent (e.g., antifungal) and (b) at least two of the pro-penetrating agents selected from the group consisting of urea, an organic acid and an ethoxydiglycol, the at least two-pro-penetrating agents respectively being present in effective amounts as to synergistically improve the ungual/peri-ungual bioavailability of the at least one biologically active agent.
