The enterprise server is configured to receive tracking data from the mobile app and to receive guest profile data from the property or 3rd party database, and to cause the IOT network control module to adjust at least one electrical or mechanical devices (e.g. thermostat HVAC, lighting or door locks) based on the location tracking data and the guest profile data.
