    摘要： A method for automatically initiating a dental handpiece waterline flushing mode in a dental delivery system includes detecting whether at least first and second handpiece waterlines from a plurality of handpiece waterlines are removed from respective first and second rest positions of a control head for the dental delivery system. According to some implementations, if it is determined that no additional dental handpiece waterline which is flushable remains in a rest position of the control head, then the dental handpiece waterline flushing mode is automatically initiated for the first and second dental handpiece waterlines. In some implementations, a display is updated to provide information to a user, and an input from the user is received to begin flushing.

The adjustment member is coupled to the biasing member and configured to axially move the biasing member to adjust a position of the conduit guide. The conduit guide is configured such that at least the adjustment member of the positioning assembly can be selectively accessed and enclosed within the main body.

    摘要： A positive positioning device comprises a plurality of stacked plates, a body, a spring-biased piston and a piston release device. The plurality of stacked plates have a central opening defined to receive a pivot shaft. The body houses the plurality of stacked plates and has an internal bore within which a cylinder is defined. The spring-biased piston is shaped to slide within the bore to apply a force to the stacked plates to resist rotation of a pivot shaft inserted through the central opening in the stacked plates. The piston release device is actuatable by a user to release the piston to decrease force applied to the stacked plates and allow free rotation of the pivot shaft.

    摘要： A height adjusting mechanism for a dentistry stool comprises a support member, a movable height adjusting assembly and a pushbutton actuator. The support member is coupleable to the stool adjacent a seat of the stool. The movable height adjusting assembly is selectively movable up and down relative to the support member. The pushbutton actuator is positionable on a side of the movable height adjusting assembly adjacent a seated user, and is manually actuatable by the seated user to release the movable height adjusting assembly from a locked position at a current height to allow the movable height adjusting assembly to be moved to a new height. The height adjusting mechanism can be implemented to provide a height-adjustable seat back and/or a height-adjustable torso bar.
