Each of the plurality of Compton cameras including a radiation detection device that includes a plurality of pixels, each configured to detect an electron generated by the track of a recoil electron generated by Compton scattering, and is configured to output a detection signal configured to specify the position of a pixel that has detected the electron and a time when the pixel has detected the electron, and a detection module configured to detect the incident position of scattered γ rays generated by the Compton scattering. The plurality of the Compton cameras arranged annularly to surround a region in which a specimen is placed.

摘要: A method of manufacturing a liquid crystal display device including a TFT substrate with display and peripheral regions. The display region has pixels each having a pixel electrode and a TFT. A counter substrate opposes the TFT substrate and has a color filter formed at a position corresponding to a position at which the pixel electrode is formed above the TFT substrate. The method includes coating, outside of the display region of the TFT substrate, a second alignment film in the shape of a frame, and coating, in the display region, a first alignment film that dries more slowly than the second alignment film. The first and second alignment films are in contact, and the second alignment film is thicker than the first alignment film.

The counter electrode selector circuit includes an address decoder circuit that selects the counter electrodes of the respective blocks for a given period, and a selector circuit that applies a touch panel scanning voltage to the counter electrode of the block selected by the address decoder circuit, and applies a counter voltage to the counter electrodes of the blocks not selected by the address decoder circuit.
