    Abstract: A method for selecting templates for application deployment. The method may include storing, a plurality of templates for deploying applications into at least one of at least one edge server or at least one cloud server, wherein the at least one cloud server communicates with the at least one edge server through a network; receiving, from the at least one edge server, configuration information of a plurality of edge devices and the at least one edge server, and operation condition information of applications deployed, wherein the plurality of edge devices is in communication with the at least one edge server; receiving, from the at least one cloud server, infrastructure resource information of the at least one cloud server; and deploying, application by selecting at least one of the plurality of templates based on the configuration information, the operation condition information, and the infrastructure resource information.

    Abstract: The present invention has an object to provide a communication system capable of avoiding congestion in downlink communication or uplink communication and a shortage of radio resources arising therefrom. In the present invention, in a communication system including a normal user equipment (normal UE) that performs human to human communication and a machine type communication device (MTCD) that performs machine to machine communication, a base station device transmits a paging message to the normal UE and the MTCD for calling the normal UE and the MTCD. The paging message contains, for example, an equipment identity (UE-ID). A maximum number of equipment identities (UE-IDs) that can be accommodated within this paging message is set individually for the normal UE and the MTCD. Alternatively, the paging message contains a calling indicator in place of the equipment identity of the MTCD (UE-ID of MTCD).

    Abstract: A dual-sided MOS IC includes an isolation layer and a MOS transistor. The isolation layer separates the MOS IC into a MOS IC frontside and a MOS IC backside. The MOS transistor is on both the MOS IC frontside and the MOS IC backside. The MOS transistor includes MOS gates, a first source connection in a first subsection of the MOS IC frontside, and a second source connection in a second subsection of the MOS IC backside. The first and second source connections are electrically coupled together through a first front-to-backside connection extending through the isolation layer. The MOS transistor further includes a first drain connection in the first subsection of the MOS IC backside, and a second drain connection in the second subsection of the MOS IC frontside. The first and second drain connections are electrically coupled together through a second front-to-backside connection extending through the isolation layer.

    Abstract: This engine structure includes: a cylinder block in which a cylinder bore is formed; a piston provided in the cylinder bore; a cylinder head provided to an upper portion of the cylinder block in a manner to seal the cylinder bore; and a ring that is inserted in the upper end portion of the cylinder bore and has an inner diameter that is smaller than the diameter of the cylinder.     Abstract: A correction device includes: a measurement point generation unit configured to generate a plurality of candidate points corresponding to posture of a robot within a movable range of the robot based on robot mechanism model information representing a mechanism of the robot and end effector information concerning an end effector installed in the robot, and determine, among the generated plurality of candidate points, a candidate point at which joint torque τ of each joint of the robot in the posture corresponding to each candidate point is equal to or more than a predetermined threshold as a measurement point; and a parameter identification unit configured to calculate a position error between a calculated position and a measured position of the end effector in the posture corresponding to the measurement point and identify mechanism error parameters so that the calculated position error is minimized.
