    摘要: A tracking device with a screen that displays the mode of the tracking device on a screen. The device modes may include sleep mode, monitor mode, locate mode, and emergency mode. Each mode represents a frequency of transmission and which can be changed by the software developer or by the consumer in their software application. The sleep mode will be the fewest frequency pings and may be the mode in which the tracking device is operating while it is in a geofence. Monitor mode will be a higher frequency of pings and a locate mode may be yet a further increased number of pings per given time interval. The emergency mode will be entered when, for example, the pet is outside of the geofence and the owner needs to receive an intense number of pings to assure proper location, especially if the pet is moving. A charge may be made to the customer to enable readouts showing the mode and battery life left, and that the revenues derived from the customer, and in the case where the tracking device is used for pets, may be shared with the pet store. The user will be able to know the battery life remaining in any of the modes. The software application will communicate with the tracking device to change the frequency of the pings.

    摘要: A conduit cutting assembly is comprised of a conduit cutting surface, a drive shaft, a top shield and a bottom guide. The conduit cutting assembly is inserted into a rotary device which provides a torque to rotate the conduit cutting assembly. The shield glides along the top surface of the conduit preventing deeper penetration of the cutting surface and deflecting dust as conduit is cut. The guide is positioned on the internal side of the conduit and prevents the cutting surface from contacting encased wiring. The distance between the bottom surface of the shield and the top surface of the guide is closely aligned to the conduit wall thickness. Conduit cutting assemblies can be customized for conduit material and conduit wall thickness. The conduit cutting assembly safely cuts through conduit without damaging encased wiring, limits incidental contact with the cutting surface, and limits contact with dust generated through the cutting procedure.

    摘要: An oval-shaped T-nut that is received within an oval receiver machined into the upholstered panel to be secured to a chair frame is provided. The oval shape of the T-nut prevents the oval-shaped T-nut from rotating when a screw is driven into the T-nut. Further, this eliminates the necessity of stapling the traditional plastic T-nut to the chair panel, thus saving time and money associated with the manufacture of an upholstered metal frame chair. In addition to the oval-shaped T-nut described herein, a novel U-shaped screw catch is also provided which cooperates with a barbed nylon or plastic push rivet to secure the upholstered chair panels to one another. Further, a method for connecting upholstered seat back panels to the tabs positioned on the back frame of a chair, utilizing the T-nut and the screw catch is disclosed.

The frame comprises first and second spaced apart metal tracks which are interconnected by a plurality of metal studs. A forming member is placed above the frame, the forming member comprising a layer of insulating material defining a plurality of integrally-formed rectangular protrusions extending in a parallel and spaced-apart relationship to one another to define a plurality of rectangular-shaped channels therebetween. Uncured concrete is placed within the casting bed and allowed to cure.
