摘要: Machines can operate based on electricity received from a charging rail system installed along a route at a worksite. Sensors on the machines capture image data indicating locations and/or orientations of components of the charging rail system. Machine controllers of the machine, and/or a worksite controller, can monitor the integrity of the charging rail system by detecting possible faults if the locations and/or orientations of one or more components vary by more than a threshold amount from target locations and/or orientations. The machine controllers and/or the worksite controller can also initiate one or more response actions when a possible fault in the charging rail system is detected.

摘要: A machine power system of a machine may use energy provided by one or more batteries. The machine power system may also use battery data associated with the batteries to monitor the batteries, configure electrical components to operate in association with the batteries, to provide battery information via a user interface, and/or for other operations. The machine power system may be configured to use a particular battery data format. A battery data translator receives native battery data provided by a battery, uses a translation map associated with the battery to convert the native battery data into translated battery data formatted based on the particular battery data format used by the machine power system, and provides the translated battery data to the machine power system.

摘要: A method includes receiving a worksite plan to be executed by at least one machine at a worksite from a computing device of a supervising entity, the controller being located at a non-line-of-sight (NLOS) location with respect to the worksite. The worksite plan may include a boundary of the worksite at which the worksite plan is implemented, at least one task defining the worksite plan, and a selection of at least one machine to perform the task. The method may include receiving a validation signal from a device located at the worksite, the validation indicating that the worksite is ready for implementation of the worksite plan based on at least one parameter of worksite readiness. The method may include selecting a first mode of operation of the machine to perform the task and transmitting first instructions to the machine to perform the task based on the first mode of operation.

摘要: A remanufactured pinion shaft includes a salvage member secured to a replacement member. The salvage member may be formed from a damaged pinion shaft and includes first gear teeth proximate a first axial end and a first alignment member proximate a second axial end. The replacement member includes second gear teeth proximate a first axial end and a second alignment member proximate a second axial end. The first alignment member and the second alignment member cooperate to transmit rotational motion between the first salvage member and the replacement member and/or align the salvage member relative to the replacement member.

摘要: A wrench for tightening and loosening lug nuts may include a head disposed on a distal end of a handle. The head defines a curved inner surface facing an axis and an opening configured to receive a portion of a lug. One or more supports are formed on the curved inner surface, extending toward the axis. The supports are spaced from the opening and are configured to contact an outer surface of the lug with the portion of the lug received in the opening.

摘要: A method includes storing a plurality of content items and storing one or more associations. Each of the associations includes an association between exactly two of the content items. The method may also include causing a graphical user interface (GUI) to be presented on an electronic device. The GUI may include a first representation of a first content item, a list of representations comprising a second representation of a second content item and a third representation of a third content item, a first visual indicator indicating a first association between the first content item and the second content item, and a second visual indicator indicating a second association between the first content item and the third content item. The method may also include receiving a user input comprising an instruction to create an additional association between the first content item and the second content item.

摘要: A tipping avoidance system configured to modify operation of a collision avoidance system. The tipping avoidance system may include a payload determination system configured to generate a payload signal, and a load position determination system configured to generate a load position signal. The tipping avoidance system may also include a tipping avoidance controller configured to receive the payload signal and the load position signal, and determine, based at least in part on the payload signal and the load position signal, a minimum stopping distance at or above which the machine will not tip due at least in part to deceleration of the machine from a travel speed to a stopped condition. The tipping avoidance controller may be configured to communicate with a braking controller, such that the braking controller adjusts a stop triggering distance based at least in part on the minimum stopping distance.
