Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for integrating with third-party applications. An extension module operates with a user interface application on a client computing device. The extension module enables integration of functionality of an associated middleware system. The extension module extracts data from a user interface of a third-party application system based on a regular expression template. The extension module transmits data to the middleware system and receives information from the middleware system. The extension module can alter at least a portion of the user interface based on the information received from the middleware system.

Abstract: An illustrative method for authenticating a user is disclosed. A security threshold is received from a third party. Environmental conditions associated with a device are assessed to determine a suitable subset of a plurality of biometric authentication modalities for authenticating the user and an unsuitable subset not available for authenticating the user. The plurality of biometric authentication modalities are displayed, where the suitable subset is selectable by the user and the unsuitable subset are not selectable by the user. A selection of a biometric authentication modality from the suitable subset is received, and user authentication data for the selected biometric authentication modality is received. The user authentication data is compared with previously-determined biometric data, an authentication score is determined based on the comparison, the authentication core is compared to a security threshold, and the user is authenticated in response to determining the authentication score satisfies the security threshold.

Abstract: A method for error management is provided. The method comprises receiving a message call request regarding an error event generated by a software application. The message call request comprises a message ID associated with an error type. In response to the call request a message cache is searched for the message ID. If the ID is in the cache, an error message associated with the ID is returned. The error message provides a description of the error and suggested remedial action. If the message ID is not in the cache, the error message is fetched from a message repository that contains error messages corresponding to respective message IDs. The fetched error message is loaded into the cache and returned. Message call request data is stored in a metrics repository. The message call request data comprises frequency metrics that describe how often the message ID is received.
